The Bisanzio Hotel is located in the center of all atractions in Venice.Near SanMarco square and very close to theSan Zacaria dock, from here you can easily start and see toate bisericile and formidable constructions from the renaissance era.The hotel is very clean and has an excellent breakfast.The staff is extremely discreet and benevolent.I warmly recommend this hotel!

I love the location, however as all Venice , parking is an issue if you come with your own vehicle. I did not see details about how to get to the property once you arrive to Venice. It can get complicated if you do not speak Italian or come late at night.

Beautiful room, clean, great quality bathroom products, staff were helpful. Location couldn't be more iconic and convenient. I've rated good value for money as we got half price otherwise it would be Very expensive 🫰

No air flow in the room. Air condition was very weak. Although the temperature wasn’t very hot it still couldn’t cool the room. The location was far from the train station almost 40 minutes walk It is definitely not a four stars hotel. I would rate it as a three stars hotel.

The quadruple room is up one flight of stairs and is pretty tight quarters. If traveling as a group of 3-4 people without kids, I would suggest booking two rooms instead. There was a random slipper tucked back under the bed and super dusty so I assume it has been there a while. The pillows were hard and flat but the beds are comfy.

This location is perfect if you want easy access by boat / water taxi. We took a private boat arriving from the train station and then departing to the airport. Super easy place to access especially if you have lots of luggage. The staff was amazing and Gabriele is the absolute BEST! There are lots of places to eat and drink nearby but you are tucked away (10-15 min walk from all the Rialto Bridge foot traffic). Shower had hot water and great pressure.

The double bed is just made by 2 single beds side by side and during the night they shift apart…is not acceptable for the price we payed

The reception people except the manager. They forgot they have to be service oriented. There was one of them that was especially rude when we arrived and on check out too. I will complain and ask his name tomorrow

bed was a little hard, but I think that's my issue, as I'm used to a very soft bed.

great location, couldn't have asked for a better location, close to the Doge's Palace, and the grand St Mark's Cathedral. But also quiet as the hotel was tucked away in one of the charming alley ways. rooms were really charming. The concierge helped us with restaurant recommendations, and the hotel. offers a free water taxi ride to the island of Murano! It was fabulous! There were only the 4 of us on the trip, had a tour of a glass making gallery, they showed us all the work they hold in the collection, all for sale. We bought a couple pieces of jewelry, meet one of the glass blowers, and took loads of pictures.

The bathroom was a little old fashioned but clean.

The location was fab, the rooms comfortable (+ a nice private terrace) and the staff very helpful. Above all, we had checked out and when we returned to pick up the luggage, there was also a little extra bag there with my husband's gold chain that he had forgotten in the room. We commend the hotel staff on their honesty and kindness and would happily return.

Petty but prefer shower door to shower curtains but that is so picky, I can't think of anything else.

We loved this hotel and would highly recommend it, the room (we had a terrace room on 4th) and bed was so comfortable, great Toiletries, dressing gowns and slippers. Very quiet location yet so central to St Mark's Square and a short stroll to The Rialto Bridge. The staff did everything to make our stay pleasant provided us with a map and recommendations of what to see. The breakfast was very good a great choice of different options. This was our first trip to Venice and we are definitely going to return to this hotel. Thank you Hotel Bisanzio team 😊
