Carlo did whatever we could to help us. From helping with parking to bags to store food. He also allowed us to store our luggage past checkout time. The place is very clean and offers an excellent breakfast.

Burchielo B&B is a fantastic place to stay for a few days in Florence. The place is around 25 minutes walk from the main tourist locations in the historic part of the city. The host Carlo was amazing. He gave us great tips what to see, where to go and where to eat. Exceptionally good.

We highly recommend this place if you were to visit Florence. Carlo was extremely kind and helpful, it was by far my most pleasant stay in Italy. I try to avoid using plastic, but disposable cutlery and crockery is used for breakfast and every item is individually wrapped in plastic eg jam, croissants etc.

Lovely quiet room with balcony. The location is within easy walking distance of the centre of Florence. The owner is helpful and made us feel welcome. We could also leave our bags there after checking out.

Location is a little out of the centre and the WiFi was a little patchy during my stay.

Carlo is a really nice host who took time to show me all of the good things in the area. He prepared the breakfast himself and was always willing to give helpful hints. The room was sizeable and had a nice terrace to sit out on during the evenings. As it's a short walk from the centre of Florence, the streets are also quiet at night, which meant that I slept well.

We really appreciated Carlo's response to our needs and his recommendations for restaurants and what to visit around. Our room had a nice terrace with a peaceful atmosphere. The location is about 15-20' walking distance from the old town.

The location is a little inconvenient for public transport

We were met with a warm welcome and Carlo, our host, was very attentitive to our needs and helpful in how he explained how to find the local bars and restaurants. The apartment had the benefit of a balcony which faced over gardens and was a very peaceful place to sit.

A very nice B&B to stay in Florence. Not in the main part, but only a 20 minute walk on a nice quiet street. Exceptionnaly clean. Carlos willl greet you; he is very informtive regarding the city and restaurants around. I definitely recommend Burchiel B&B.

Only issue was the room was a bit colder in the mornings, the radiators didn't work but not sure if there was something we didn't do correctly but it wasn't a major issue

Carlo was an incredibly helpful host who provided us with a map and suggestions of places to eat and visit. The room was big with a beautiful terrace to sit at on a sunny evening. The hotel was a bit of a walk from the centre but we felt very comfortable walking to and from.

Flawless hotel like arrangements for a reasonable price. Carlo the manager is always there to help and support and he’s very welcoming. He himself does the breakfast service and provides all necessary information about how to go around the city. Wifi needs some improvements.

Nothing at all

Everything, from the moment we stepped in we knew it was going to be clean and we were going to be well looked after. Carlo the host is just the beyond lovely and helpful. The room is very spacious, lovely big balcony and includes everything you will need for your stay. When we return to Florence we hope we can secure a place here again! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else :)

The bed could be more comfortable.

The room was very clean and the commodities were well thought of. The room had a very cute balcony with a nice view, it would have been great to have breakfast there if it wasn't raining during our stay. The host was gracious and quite helpful to us on what to eat, where to see etc. We were also able to store our bags on the last day. We will definitely consider here for our next trio to Florence. The location is close to the center, about 15-20 minutes by walking. Overall, the host is very thoughtful and we had a positive experience.

Carlo, the manager, is very kind and provided a lot of information about the city. He even prepared our breakfast early in the morning the day we were leaving, much appreciated! The room was spacious and clean, we even had a small terrace.

The room and bathroom was really clean and comfortable. The place owner, Carlo was very friendly and talkative. He told me and my friend the history of his city and made us breakfast in the morning. You need to walk from the train station for about 20 minutes to arrive the hostel which was not a problem for us, alternatively it is also possible to take a bus.

1. Caro is very helpful and introduced the views and local restaurants in details. 2. The room is very clean 3. The location is good, though it’s not in the city center, it’s a local citizen area, we enjoy walk around to feel more historical in this area. Great location, very clean and big room with many facilities, helpful staff, good breakfast. The room has toothbrush, razor, hairdryer, water, even slippers (we saw that for the first time in Italy). Thank you Carlo for being helpful and friendly.

It’s situated in a peaceful neighborhood, bus station to the center is not far away. Carlo was helpful and explained everything in details. The coffee he makes was good too.
