Our room was large and boasted a very large balcony with a beautiful view. The staff treated us like royalty, they were exceptional. The grounds were beautiful.

HOTEL ROOM WAS EXCEPTIONAL, LARGE VERY CLEAN AND NICELY DEORATED. OUR BALCONY WAS HUGE WITH AN EXLARGE BATHTUB. THE VIEWS FROM ALL AREAS ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY WERE AMAZING. WALK TO TOWN WAS SHORT.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

From the moment we arrived Hotel Bristol was outstanding! We were welcomed and then escorted to our room and advised of all of the amenities. We stayed in Villa Blanco and our room was just stunning .. immaculately clean .. beautiful to look at and a view across Sorrento that was just breath taking. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and offered to help on every occasion. The location of the hotel is set up on the overlook of Sorrento but the walk in is very easy and didn’t take long at all.

Way getting to the room was confusing. taking multiple elevators AND stairs both made it hard to find our way back each time. Food at breakfast was also just fine.

Our stay at the Hotel Bristol was exceptional. I cannot emphasize enough just how lovely the staff are and what a beautiful hotel this is. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a truly breathtaking view of Mount Vesuvius and the sea. The hotel breakfast was excellent (and so was the dinner we took there on a rainy day). The staff were so helpful and accommodating to my celiac disease, and they had a ready supply of gluten free options and the chef even prepared me separate food to ensure there was no cross contamination from the breakfast buffet. I am very grateful for how kind everyone was overall. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else next time I'm in Sorrento!

We had a fabulous 5 night stay at the hotel. The location is perfect with the most wonderful views over sorrento and the bay of naples. We had breakfast which was varied fresh and tasty with a selection of hot egg dishes available cooked to order. A special thank you to luca and all the dining room staff who were so friendly and helpful ensuring everyone was looked after. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It was our wedding anniversary and it was lovely to find a bottle of fizz waiting in the room! Perfect stay and would definitely return.

However the air conditioning didn't work very well so it got extremely hot at some points. Although the view was amazing the downside was that it was very noisy with the doors open as all the road traffic could be heard.

The view from our sea facing balcony was amazing as we could look out to the horizon and see Mount Vesuvius. The room was comfortable. There was an incredible selection available for breakfast in the morning and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The room is very big and the view is wonderful! Sea view soooooo beautiful! The most best part is the stuff in this hotel, including the receptions, the cleaning lady, the man takes the luggage for us, and the people worked in breakfast lounge. All of them are warm-hearted and helpful. Even we are Asian. The cleansing lady and concierge lady also help me to find my lost SD transfer, so Lucky to be here.

Absolutely fabulous location , you can walk into town . Our room was incredible Top floor with an outdoor jacuzzi with fabulous views. The service was over the top! Giovanni, Giuseppe, and Luca went above and beyond to make sure our trip was incredible not to mention the rest of the staff that did everything they could as well We highly recommend staying at Bristol. You will not be disappointed. We will be back!

Property was superb! Staff so friendly, hotel spotless, so many places to hang out, eat or relax! Room was spacious and grand! Such a perfect place to be! About a 10 min walk to center of town, very easy and worth the short walk! Views can’t be beat!

The location of the hotel was stunning, in close proximity to the main areas in Sorrento and one of the best views of the ocean. The staff were very helpful through-out the stay at the hotel. The breakfast was fresh with many vast variety of options. Rooms are large and well equipped.

The suite view was spectacular, the room was very clean and the cleaning lady did a fantastic job every morning. The breakfast was a delicious wide variety of items.
