Great Location, clean apartment and excellent service

There is a 50 euro charge if you arrive after 10pm, and after midnight you cannot access the apartment at all. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up the keys which is close to the Duomo. This was a bit stressful after a long international flight. Also, we were informed the lift was broken and our apartment was on the fourth floor, the apartment is in a residential block and we carried our luggage up four flights of stairs, and then we found out the loft was actually working.

Large space, washing machine, accessible kitchen, great location- both quiet and convenient to the city. The location is amazing- only a 10 min walk to the duomo area and even cordona station which takes you directly to the airport. Great resturants around.

The host was very friendly and kind. The location of the apartment is great. It has a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. It is at around 25 min walk from Duomo square. The bed was comfortable.

Lift not working

Full service apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Great location with lot of food options nearby. Supermarket just around corner. We were able to store bags at office (a 5-10min walk away) before check in.

The lack of furniture is a bit extreme. There are no bedside tables near the bed. There is no side table in front of the sofa. The sofa is a worn out and a bit stained. Not what is expected for a 250€ per night stay, no excuses for being fashion week

I stayed at Via Palermo 18 2nd floor. The location is very central, walking distance to Duomo, in the buzzy area of Brera. Great vibe and lots of (non touristic) restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, I particularly enjoyed the silence, which is quite rare in Milan. The mattress is comfortable and the shower’s water come out very hot and with great pressure. The customer service is very good.

Quite expensive, but it was Milan Fashion Week so…

Lovely, clean, large property at the heart of the lively nightlife area of Milano, straddling Brera and Moscova. Full of light, beautiful design. Just a few steps and you’re in Corso Garibaldi with its great shops and restaurants. Very good customer service as well. I definitely recommend this property.

1. First impression spoiled by keys handover procedure. It is at least inconvenient to wait for keys at the front of the apartment after 8h travel. 2. Kitchen could be equipped with some basic ingredients - olive of oil or salt!

Excellent location. Very comfortable apartment. Quiet and bright. Clean. Two bathrooms makes it really comfortable.

The air conditioner in the living room was leaking water. Although we had already confirmed the check-in time through the settings on Booking.com, we still needed to communicate via phone call and WhatsApp upon our arrival. Unfortunately, we found ourselves waiting in front of the building with feelings of exhaustion and hunger, awaiting the person to arrive and deliver the key.

A few minutes walk from the metro station. There were a lot of restaurants nearby, a bit pricy though. The apartment has a high ceiling with a large space. Comfortable for up to three people. Cleanness to our expectation.

the AC stopped working in the night (deal breaker in August) The night emergency line was just too casual to care if the AC was not working (it's 33-36 degree Celsius) . Didn't even offer a fan for help. The only good thing was that they got it fixed the next day. however, it ruined our sleep on the first night.

Very central for tourist attractions and loads of restaurants that stay open very late. It had aircon and all the cooking equipment. Bathroom was very nice and the view from the window was nice too

The shutter of the reception was not functional and then the light come to the room with the sunset. Needs tissues in the reception, not to go and take toilet paper from the bathroom.

The only bummer that happened to us is that I forgot my pants on the bed and after I checked out I informed the host. They claimed that they couldn’t find anything. I am 100% sure that I left it on the bed and I am still in Italy so I could’ve got it back from them.

When we arrived early, the host moved the appointment for the handover of the keys forward. The rep for the host was very helpful in showing us the facilities in the apartment and provided advice on the neighbourhood. All of the major sights are within walking distance of the apartment. Good choice of restaurants, bars and cafés within a short distance of the apartment. Good public transport links if you need to go somewhere out of the centre of the city.

Fantastic location, Brilliant apartment, the bit that was put out for our child (frog sponge, baby plate, baby shampoo) was a lovely touch, bluetooth speak in the room was great aswell. The key snapped in the downstairs door but had a spare and they come to remove the snapped key ASAP.

Waiting for someone to let us into the apartment was a bit of a hassle but the staff were very accommodating for our early arrival.

Fantastic location right beside the Metro and main sights. The staff were very helpful and the check out process was easy. The room was clean and spacious; highly recommend for a stay in Milan!

The A/C was loud (but really effective). We had some mini ants along the floor molding but they vanished at omce with bug spray.

Air con was loud

Great location in heart of Brera with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Air con was much needed (but a bit loud), apartment includes all you need for a short stay. Easy check in.
