Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Beautiful property Spacious room, beautifully decorated. Excellent amenities, robes, etc. The pool is beautiful. The staff is friendly and attentive. Food and cocktails were delicious, again, great attention to detail. A truly special getaway! So lucky to have experienced it!

United StatesNot 5 stars as it didn’t compare favorably to several other hotels we visited in Sardinia. Towels were old and threadbare, sheets were a bit scratchy, shower didn’t drain and was generally unappealing, balcony felt vacant (add low maintenance potted plants to give it character), art on walls was poorly centered, and generally the place lacked both vitality and a soulful curation that supports true relaxation.
Very well kept grounds, nice views, pleasant service (especially Sabina in the breakfast cafe). Overall I liked it, but couldn’t love it.

GermanyThe bathroom was too cold for us, maybe a heating in times of chilly days and evenings would be appropriate. The coffee in the room (capsules) isn't tasty, but at breakfast the coffee is exceptionally good!!!
The location has a fantastic view and with sunshine it must be even better. Unfortunately we experienced it with heavy clouds, wind and rain. The staff is absolutely overwhelming and goes beyond to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast fulfills all expectations of fresh, healthy and local products and dishes. A big Thx goes to the general mangeress for all the attention she gave us!

United StatesThe breakfast was amazing - especially by the pool, which has a stunning view of the sea and the hillside! I loved everything about this hotel. The staff went above and beyond, and it was very quiet when I was there, given that October is off season, so it felt very exclusive. The views are SPECTACULAR. This is truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, and I have been fortunate enough to have traveled quite a bit. This one truly stopped me in my tracks, and I was in awe at every step. It's about 30 minutes from the Olbia airport by car (a car is a must), and close the charming village of San Pantaleo, and not far from some really beautiful beaches and Porto Cervo. It's not in the main touristy hub, and feels very much out of the way. The perfect place to relax!

United KingdomThe bathroom is a little dated, with a poor shower and the terrace was not a welcoming place. Dinner service was slow and the restaurant was closed on our first night. Overall the cost did not match the overall experience.
The staff in the bar, restaurant and at breakfast were very warm, welcoming and very helpful. The location is great with superb views and the room is good and well equipped with a very comfortable bed.

I have never written reviews. But I have to say this place looks beautiful but deserted. Not many guests stayed at the of our staying. The charging commission but saying they are not . Ask to book a boat charges 1500euros 200 , had to pay directly to them . I Had to pay separately.
