The communication was very good. Also, we asked to drop off our bags early and that was accommodated. In fact the apartment was ready early when we got there to drop our bags. The owner also arranged our transportation to the airport. Location was superb. Lots of restaurants on the street, Borgo Pio.

Wonderful place. I just came back and I recommend it 100%: great location (around the corner from the Vatican), numerous restaurants, bakeries, shops. Clean and beautiful. The host was in constant contact and very helpful. Possibility of transport to the airport. I love Rome and this place - I will definitely go back.

3 blocks from Vatican City and walking distance from the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain, Pantheon and multiple other things. Wrap around narrow balcony.

Not enough time to do see all the sites we wanted as we were only there 4 days

fantastic location, great communication with the host through out our stay, we requested a pick up from the airport and he was waiting for us when we landed, also booked a taxi back through the host and he turned up on time as well. we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others too.

Wi-Fi was not working and the air conditioner in one room was not working. The landlord gave me the wrong key to open the door to the street and didn’t believe me-that I had an issue. I’ve lost the first night in Rome due to this issue because I couldn’t go outside, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to enter the building. The issue was only solved in the next day in the morning

The airco in one of the rooms did not work well.

Communication with the host was went very well. The host was flexible and everything was in order. The location of the appartement was amazing with the Vatican within walking distance and a short walk to the metro to visit the rest of Rome.

Property was on 4th floor without elevator. Not a problem for day trips but made it difficult at check in and check out having to haul our luggages up and down 3 staircases. We are all young in our family so it was ok but might be difficult for older guests.

Awesome location! Literally 3 minute walk to Vatican! Lots of reataurants and cafes downstairs from the apartment. Apartments was spacious and clean. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Lack of a kettle (minor inconvenience)

The property is located within 5 minutes walk from Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. Enough space for 5 people, spacious bedrooms and pleasant terrace on the rooftop. Charming clean and simple apartment on the last floor in a old, quiet building. Very friendly host

The only thing that isn't perfect is the street noise especially on Friday (and probably on Saturday also). I think new soundproof windows are necessary for families to sleep comfortably

The apartment was what we were looking for. Near the central of Rome with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Rooms are large and it is really clean as a family home. Antonella was helpful and arrange everything we asked
