A couple of things worth noting: Even though the construction is super solid we could hear the neighbours either side really clearly. Maybe worth having a look at the acoustics around that. Lastly, the kitchen was well equiped with pots/pans and utensils but it would be great to supply the basics: salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic etc. Given the residenza sells its own olive oil, feels like a missed opportunity!

Absolutely stunning property. End of season but still managed to take the plunge in the pool… Nice and close to Sienna but great to be in the countryside. The aparment itself was really cool, with a big fireplace and a mezzanine room for the kids. Also, the restaurant and the local wines were outstanding!

Great place for someone who cherishes tradition. La Cantina gives you a taste of exquisite Italian cuisine and wonderful wine - I reccomend Chianti Colli Sensi (Reserva 2020). Very convenient location to visit Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Monterrigioni and Frienze (Florence :) ) - the places we have travelled within 4 days of our stay.

Very nice Junior Suite in tuscan style, tennis court, mountain bikes and swimmingpool on the property, nice staff, great breakfast with good coffee - all in all we had a great stay! For Ferragosto a pool party with DJ and live singer for dinner was organized :)

Nothing, met all expectations!

The property is so stunning with beautiful houses and apartments. The pool has plenty of sunbeds for all guest to use and an on property restaurant which serves great food and great service. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We assumed it would be more hotel style with room service however this is not the case, but this ended up being really nice as we basically had a little house to ourselves entirely.

Every accommodation with kitchen should offer basic tools and spices- a good knives, cutting board and salt and pepper. Luckily we had these with us as the previous accommodation didn't offer these either. Air conditioning would be nice even the thick stone walls block most of the heat.

The building(s), surroundings, views, the room all were very beautiful and cozy. A real Tuscany dream. We had a room with a small balcony (only one), as we wished for. All worth of every penny! Spacious room and beautiful details. Two bathrooms were a nice. Absolutely worth staying!

Mobile network is poor in the area, however wifi was quick and stable, so it is not really an issue.
