The bed was a bit hard for my liking and it's a little noisy on the street side, but we could hear singers outside our windows at night which was fun!

The location was very upmarket surrounded by glamorous designers so you need to venture away to avoid very overpriced and underwhelming tourist trap restaurants.

Very beautiful hotel full of character but with lovely modern facilities and bathroom. Incredibly friendly service. Wonderful complimentary biscuits tea and coffees in the stunning lounge. I’ve dreamed of visiting Florence for so long and arrived to the sound of a string quartet in the square - quite simply magical that evening as we listened to various wonderful musical performances from right outside our bedroom. Also perfect location to explore.

The location was perfect to explore Florence. Room was spacious and very clean. Although breakfast was not included there are plenty of options nearby. Coffee, water and snacks available with a nice sitting area. The rooms are for sleeping and short times sitting, the lounge are is best for longer sitting.

If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Windows aren’t sound proof. You do get a fantastic “front row seat” to the opera sung outside on the square through the windows.

There was absolutely nothing to not like.

The location was awesome. So close but yet in our own little corner of Florence. The staff were amazing. We met the owner who was so sweet. They welcomed us in like we were family and helped with anything we needed. Such a wonderful property. We will come again.

Our room wifi was spotty at best and didn't work most of the trip. No hangers or space to hang clothes in the room. Housekeeping service was only fine.

Beautiful location, comfortable beds. cold water and espresso available for free on sight which was a huge value for early mornings and staying hydrated. The service manager Rominha was a delight to have around and gave us some great recommendations for eating and shopping.

Even if the evenings, some musicians play some beatiful classical piece of music, it is quit a lot of noise during the night and in the mornings. But if you close the windows, it is ok.

Very nice, historical and elegant place, which belongs the Borgia's family! Fabio and Lodovica, very warm and nice host. A good cleaning service. Every mornings, you can stay in a beatiful living, with coffee, water, Cantuccio biscuits and cookies. The building is situated în the Santa Trinita Piazza, with a beatiful statue în the middle of it. All in all, we felt great and we warmly recommend it!

Street noise can really be annoying, but we anticipated this and brought earplugs.

Classic furnishings and accents that really captured the feeling of Florence. Loved the local touches. Great location.

A reminder about the codes to get into the building and the hotel while checking in would be good, as I'd not realised codes were needed, as the email they were contained in I hadn't had time to read before I arrived. So I thought I might have been sleeping on the street for the night 😂

Beautiful building and room. The aircon was amazing, which really makes a difference in Florence in the summer. Filtered, cold water and pod coffee available in the corridor 24/7. They also had a bowl of sweets and biscuits which were lovely! Perfect location

This place is so beautiful I couldn’t get over it! The interiors are gorgeous and fit so well within the Florence historical aesthetic. The furniture and decorations have also been tastefully selected to match the romantic Renaissance side of the city. Couldn’t ask for a better location as all the landmarks and museums are about 5/10 minutes away. Smells great when you come in too! Air conditioning worked wonders and the bed and room were huge. Staff was nice and helpful. Borgia Di Firenze holds a special place in my heart ♥️

Fantastic location, lovely big and clean rooms . The staff are incredible and cannot do enough to help you . They take great pride in the hotel as it is spotless and smells beautiful all the time . The self check in was great , the inductions sent allowed us a seamless check in . Location is great. You are a max 5 minute walk from everything. At night there are local musicians and Oprah singing , it's lovely just to sit and listen. Florence itself is so beautiful and we cannot wait to come back !
