Great location and charming decor. Rooms are historic in style but bathrooms are very new and stylish. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Recommends for local restaurants were helpful.

I wouldn't drive in. Its in the ZTL zone, which is fine if you pre book or reserve parking in the centre of town. But easier to park outside and walk / tram / taxi in.

Hotel took up the second floor of building in Central Florence. Right in the heart of the Historic City. Place has recently been refurbished / designed. Vert well done, marble floors new shutters / windows. Furniture very tasteful. Shared lounge area with tea / coffee facitlities and large double window that opens onto piazza with the occasional whisps of Opera singing coming through. To cap it all they put a lovely bouquet of flowers in our room for my wife's birthday.

Perfect location. Shops and restaurants nearby. Close to attractions. Very quiet, beautiful building. Opera singers singing in the piazza several nights, which was amazing. Easy check-in and check-out.

There was a lot of noise in the streets on the weekends that carried up through the ally. It would have been nice to have more information supplied about the area and suggestions on where to eat and shop. Concierge was not around very often.

Location was amazing and the view into the piazza was great! One afternoon we serenaded by a 3 piece orchestra and enjoyed it from the great hall window above,

You pay a lot and it’s sad that there was no lobby/doorman vibe. Plus, the room was medium clean. There where hairs everywhere from the former guests (dark black long hair and that wasn’t us)

Right in the heart of Opera out the window. Clean beautiful and amazing location. Older furniture. Strong shower and great water temperature. Working bidet a plus. In very nice area near high end stores. Borgia Family History. Gorgeous Frescos on the walls. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Getting in after hours was made a little difficult because of the location of the lock box. Otherwise the directions were straightforward. The coffee machine would stop working after the first cup of coffee.

Location was great. Amenities were great. The room was clean and well- appointed. There was a refrigerator so it was easy for me to keep my cream for the coffee provided.

The wifi was lacking. Spotify service in our room but that could be as we were an end unit. Otherwise, no complaints!

The location and staff were amazing. The room was clean and tidy and had everything one could need! The friendly front stuff made you feel welcomed and could answer all your questions. There was a water tank for free water and coffee and snacks that really was nice after a long day! We loved the included soaps and the towels were so soft! The bed was very comfy and we would stay here again!

Nothing I did not like.

A delightful property. A very old building made fresh and lovely. The room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom also large especially the shower which is not normally true for such an old building. The common area was lush with period paintings. The Wi-Fi perfect.

Fantastic location close to the river and all the main sights of Florence. Lovely lounge area with tea/coffee facilities. Amazing to sit in the room or lounge and hear live opera from the street musicians in the square below.

Beautiful, historic property at a wonderful location on a side street near a central piazza. Room was clean, comfortable, and simple amenities (like access to tea/ coffee) were helpful. It felt safe and secure, hospitable without extensive concierge (which works well for us), and beautiful music from the piazza below.

That I had to say goodbye.

Greeted by exceptional staff upon arrival and able to check in a bit early. Staff assisted with/dinner plans and many helpful suggestions for visit. The room was spacious clean and of the most pleasing design. So close to all the attractions and safe for me as a solo female traveler. Every day around 5 pm you are treated to an opera that feels like it is dedicated just to you, and on Thursday late night there were fireworks. Had I stayed longer I wonder what other surprises I might have enjoyed. ❤️

Located right near all of the designer shops across from a beautiful 5-star restaurant/hotel perfect for morning cappuccino or rooftop cocktails, our room (#3) overlooked the Piazza Di Santa Trinita which was just lovely. I cannot say enough about the accommodations, convenience or comfort level.
