Air conditioning in our 3-people room wasn't working properly. Breakfast should be optional - we had to check-out about 7 am and didn't have breakfast, but still we were charged the same rate, as there's only one - including or excluding breakfast.

Very good breakfast - not only sweet, but also savoury/ continental. Very good location - quiet street, about 15-20 min. walk from the train station. Room - specious and comfortable. Staff - excellent, speaking English, very helpful.

Room had a mini bar but it wasnt working and had very few outlets. Bathroom ok but it didnt smell very good. Water stream in the shower was very weak.

The room was always very clean and had very good air conditioner. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast had some nice options and a good terrace.

The breakfast was kind of ok. Now the air conditioning….it was blowing only fresh air to the room, it was hot, hot in my room, until today me and my kids talk about how much our sleep was bad because the air conditioning was not working, even though they tried to fix it, still not working.

The property is in a very good location, walking distance to many places. Beautiful street. The driver picks up your car and bring to the garage because only residents can park in the area. The place was very clean and neat.

Liked the attentiveness of the staff and the ability to stay with young kids. Breakfast was good as well.

AC is not working properly. Room was hot. Need to leave our window open. Room was for 4 guests but only provided with 2 cups and 2 glasses but went to ask. Electric Outlets were getting loose.

You can hear your neighbors outside, and (not in anyone's control) but man were some of them loud.

We can enjoy staying in the balcony. Our room was very spacious and comfortable.

The bed was a little strong for my expectations. The location was within the city center but a little bit far from the main attractions, nevertheles it was in accordance with the price we paid which was one of the cheapest in Florence city center.

The room was good value for money. The breakfast was ok. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The bathroom was spacious but the bedroom area was quite tight.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was pretty extensive - fruits, cereals, cold cuts, hard boiled eggs, a few vegetables, bread and a lot of pastries. The elevator was quick. The location was good for us. Very quiet at night.

Conveniently located about 10mn walk from the city Center and close to the train station, it has a laundry closeby. The breakfast is really nice, staff is very helpful. The bathroom is a bit small and the shower could have done with a deep clean, but overall we had a pleasant stay!

As the temperatures reach sometimes 35 degrees celcius, it would be great that we were provided water in the rooms.

This beautiful hotel is located close to the city center, which is very practical to visit the city. The staff is very nice and helpful. They give great recommendations on activities and place to go :)

Tiny old room. We arrived 3 hours early with a 3 year old kid. They didn't let us in the room before check in time, which was really strange, I mean the room is there, the cleaning lady was there, and they didn't just didn't care. If the check in is at 3 o'clock, you cant go in the room even at 2:50. Not too costumer friendly.

Pretty cold inside the room in february ´cos they heat it up just over the night not during the day, but the receptionist offered an electric heating to us. There was an organized group of some 20 teenagers who were very noisy until 2 o´clock running in corridors, shutting the doors, screaming and yelling. But again the staff made breakfast earlier for them so that we couldn´t be bothered by crowded dining area.

We booked a triple room on the second floor (stairs or a lift), a balcony with a garden/backyard view towards the city centre. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast (wide range of food and drinks - a pancake maker, cereals, yoghurts, many different kinds of pastry and bread, buns, even vegan and gluten free, coffee maker, tea, juice, fruits). Comfortable mattresses on all three beds, not some fake folding bed for the third person, soundproofed rooms, cleaned up every day, bathroom with the heating, always hot water, though non fixed shower handle would be better. The hotel is not far from the city sights (15min). There is no problem to left the luggage after the check out. Highly recommend the gelatarium on Via Camillo Cavour 20 R - really beautiful place!
