Our only disappointment was that we thought that the property had a rooftop terrace for all guests, it is actually one of the two reasons we chose the property. There were many photos on the website and we imagined sitting there in the evenings with a fabulous view of Verona. Only after we checked in did we find out that the amenity was part of a top floor suite and not available for general use. While we should have dug deeper into the website, the property should consider less attention to this limited facility. Other than this, we were extremely satisfied with our stay!

Amazing central location, very pleasant and helpful staff, nice, clean and cozy rooms with small details you feel home and pampered.. fully recommend the suite with jacuzzi (a bit more expensive than standard room, but the breathtaking view and place will pay you off)

One day we found that someone in the staff had put clean towels in the bidet instead of the many other places in the bathroom. We had to ask for fresh towels.

Only critique would be no blind or curtain on the bathroom window. We were high up and so I don’t think anyone could see from street below but we weren’t sure about the building opposite. We hung a towel over the window so problem solved easily.

The smoke detector flashed like a strobe and the bed was squeaky until we fixed it. We did not eat dinner there as very good alternatives presented themselves.

The location is perfect and the service was truly exceptional. The service staff do not miss any detail and really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Just outside the hotel is the Arena and heaps of restaurants, with shopping district right around the corner

Street noise was a little loud, but then again, we were in the middle of the most touristic area of Verona.

The proximity of the hotel was great. The room was small, but normal for Europe, and had a comfy bed. The staff was very helpful. It was nice having access to bicycles too.

Our stay at the hotel completely exceeded our expectations - Annabel and Alessandro at reception were wonderful and helpful. The hotel location could not be better and allowed us to easily visit the centre of Verona. Breakfast on the hotel terrace was also amazing.

We are delighted about our stay at the hotel. The hotel is situated at a prime and central location, close to the beautiful Arena. The neighborhood is lively (especially on nights of opera) yet the hotel is very quiet (ideally in a small street). Breakfast is amazing, the best we ever had in Italy. Served at beautiful terrace, with very friendly staff. Fresh products, wide variety and excellent coffee. All staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room itself is very stylish, offers all modern comfort and has great beds. What's more, the hotel offers free bikes for guests, a great service which we have used all days.

A wonderful old style hotel with a great atmosphere, cosy, well appointed, fresh, clean, smart, moderately luxurious in an elegant manner ...and quite expensive!! This was June in Verona!!..but..you get what you pay for and our room was lovely, the area could not have been better, the Arena, and the whole experience one to savour.
