The kettle is a bit slow.

The location was perfect for me as it is a short walk to the university. It is also walkable to the city-center (25 minutes). The bed is really comfy. The apartment is well furnished. The room is spacious. The host was welcoming. The presence of air conditioning, but I did not need to use it.

So glad I came across the Blackboard and host Gianluca. Even before I arrived the communication with Gianluca was excellent and he went over and above to ensure my trip went well. The property is in a great area just 15min walk from the train station. Property is spotless clean and the breakfast and fresh fruit etc left are second to none. Highly recommended

I enjoyed my stay at blackboard house. The owner is very nice and helpful. The fridge was stocked with a lot of fruit, water and milk products for my consumption. If you would prefer vegan options make sure to tell the owner beforehand and something will be arranged. There was a good coffee machine with coffee pods as well. Everything was clean and well kept. An air conditioning machine was in the process of beeing installed - while I could not use it yet, the next guest will be able to.

Great apartment/ homestay feel. Very big room. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Shared bathroom is only shared with one other room so not an issue at all. Host Gianluca is wonderful, warm and welcoming. He made me an itinerary for my stay and gave me loads of travel advice. Great base for exploring Bari and surrounding area. Location is a bit out of town centre but this is fine if you don't mind a walk or bus stop on main road is 3mins and taxis via ITtaxi app are readily available. Train station is 15mins walk.

The apartment was nice and room was very spacious. Fridge was fully stocked with breakfast products (fruits, yogurt, assorted breads, beverages. Host was extremely friendly and available to provide all advices about places to visit. I was also very lucky to be the only guest during majority of my stay, so didn’t have to share the house bathroom.

There was not any thing I did not like.

Gianluca, the host is very helpful and friendly, he gives great pieces of advice to guests on what to visit and how to spend a quality time in Bari. The appartment is in a nice and peaceful area in a walking distance from Bari Centrale train station, and with bars and restaurants around. The room is nice and clean and the breakfast provided is always fresh and healthy. Much, much recommended, I am sure I will return here one day! By far the best Booking experience I have had!

The room and the whole place is like in the photos. The host, Mr. Gianluca, is one of my best hosts so far! He was very helpful and friendly, making you feel welcome and like you are in your city and home. The location of the accommodation is great, close to the Politecnico di Bari, the central station and the city center. Breakfast is great, from fresh fruit to cereals, it's adjusted to everyone. The best description of my stay and experience would be 10 out of 10!

The host took a lot of time, to show me the best places around the region to visit. Also I got a really good recommendations for restaurants near me, which got me the most *italian* experience I've could have asked for. Was my first time experience in Italy, was gun and I would definitely visit again! By the way, the apartment itself is very beatiful, you will be all around settled for your stay in Bari!

Very clean, modern and welcoming apartment, very close to the historic center, the train station, and the center in general. There is really everything inside, an iron, large balconies, and a very comfortable bed. Very abundant and varied breakfast, from fresh fruit to yoghurt, herbal teas, cereals, biscuits and organic jams and milk without lactose or vegetables, and a coffee machine for personal use with a very special coffee. The owner of the structure, Gianluca, a really nice person, available, and always ready to help you in case of need. I really enjoyed it. The best apartment I've been in. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Just a little far from the city center but it's a good way of exercise by walking to the city center.

The household cares the tenants so much. I was provided with fruits and drinks in the fridge during my stay, as well as coffee.

The Blackboard House is a comfortable, spacious accommodation. An easy walk to the main centre and train station. Guinluca is the most hospitable man and truly cares for each of his guests. Quick to reply and provides everything you would need for your stay in Bari. Thank you so much Guinluca, I had an amazing stay 😃

The room was large and the whole appartment was very clean. Gianluca was a great host - he was really easy to communicate and stayed in touch thoughout my stay. The B&B is located in a save area right beside the university and in walking distance from the city center (~25min). If you are a solo traveler, just be aware that this B&B is an appartment with only two rooms so your experience might depend on the guest(s) in the other room. I my case, this was not a problem since there were two women staying there but I would have liked to know this before booking.

Nice and warm welcome. Everything in the house is made to feel comfortable : explanations and advices during the check-in, breakfast, facilities, kitchen ustensils... The house is located 15min walking of Bari central station which is a hub to many places in Puglia. It was a great appartment to stay in Bari and visit the surroundings.

I went at the end of June, so the apartment was hot during the afternoon because in there they don't use the air conditioning that more, so they prefer to use fans. I will suggest to have a broader time to do the check-in, starting earlier that 6pm due to it was a little conflict for me as I needed to attend an event immediately at 7pm, so I needed to change the check-in after my event at 10pm.

.The apartment inside is gorgeous! The kitchen is Amazing and it has nice balconies, the room is Huge and really comfy and the location for those studying at Politecnico Di Bari is Wonderful! I just needed to cross the street and I was inside the University.

Gianluca (the host) was extremely helpful and friendly, helped to navigate the city and attractions it offers. Also, very flexible with check in and check out, which helps very much if you have any delays while traveling to Bari (as happened to me). The location of the facility was excellent, a small walk to the city center and main attraction, quite and safe area of the city! I have to note the cleanliness of the apartment, it was spotless and extremely spacious, which would be perfect for solo, couple, or family stays! Plus, Gianluca teaches to make a perfect Italian espresso for the breakfast:) I totally recommend Blackboard House if you get to Bari🇮🇹
