Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HondurasWe did not like the smell of the room, then we figured that it was the smell of the the cleaning stuff (like limoncello or something very strong). Also the smell of the soup was bad, it was like very old. Once we opened the window and got used to the smell it was ok. The a/c never worked as well, we turned it on but the it was never cold.
The location was perfect, very close to all principal historical attractions, bus stops and The Vatican (walking distance from everything). Campo di Fiori is right in front full of very nice restaurants. The online self-check in and internet codes were great and very useful.

AustraliaApartment had no lift. So, it was a struggle to get luggage up the stairs. Apartment had NO facilities. It was listed as having a coffee machine. This coffee machine was in a communal area with NO coffee supplied. There were no other facilities.
Location was good. Excellent walking distance to restaurants and shops. Easy check in. Everything automated.

Francefirst,the person in charge did not explain well about entering the door.that u need internet to enter the building,as nobody will be there while checking in.so its take almost 15-20mins to process and you need internet everytime u will enter the building which is complicated.second,in the question portion i read that you can leave your luggage in a common area but when i asked elena she said its not possible and we need to leave our luggage somewhere that you need to pay between 5-10€ per luggage.third,you need to pay city tax to the owner per nyt and its 6€ per head take note.which is not indicated to their website.and i paid to their website they might hold u in.
the location is superb perfect location,10mins walk to pantheon,15mins walk to piazza navona,15 mons walk to trevi fountain,30mins walk to vatican.thanks to alfredo for being nice to me than the other lady i spoke on the phone.

United KingdomIt was not easy to find the property as there weren't any sings outside the building. Without the Internet on your mobile phone, it will not be possible to enter the property. The shower was in the bedroom.
Excellent location and price, clean. We had difficulty to locate the hotel, we phoned the hotel and were given prompt and clear instructions on how to find the hotel and enter the room. I will recommend the hotel for short stay.

GermanyThe floor, walls, armchairs, etc. Weren't as clean as you expect from a hotel. The bedsheets also had stains on them, although I don't believe that they weren't washed. The flush of the water in the bathroom is noisy and a little bit annoying. Taking a shower wasn't pleasant due to lack of proper drainage for the water. If your phone runs out of battery like what happened to me once then you need to either ring the neighbours bell or wait for someone to open the door for you, since everything is building entrance is automatic and dependant to phone and active internet. If you have backpain then the beds there aren't the best for you, but they are ok. The onboarding wasn't great as well, what I mean is for example they should have told me my room number before I reach the building, since the check in process is supposed to be completely contactless.
The location was superb and compensates for every other shortcomings. Plus the staff were friendly and responsive.

AustraliaThe plumbing is very loud. When you wash your hands, shower or flush the toilet there is a very loud sound. You can also hear when someone in the next room he’s the toilet or shower. We were allocated room 1 and it was very loud with people coming in and out of the building. Also some of the lights did not work.

IsraelThe thing that really say this place apart from other properties is the amazing location it’s close to everything except the Vatican still you can just take the bus which is just a few minutes walk from the place, but we not far away there is a bicycle/moped rental place (Rome for you) which I highly recommend it, in conclusion I highly recommend to rent the property seeing as it is the best bang for your buck

United Kingdomwas traveling with my disabled Mum. property described as having ‘elevator access to upper floors’ This is not completely true - as you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the elevator! there is a stannah-stair lift for the bottom flight of stairs but neither the (very unfriendly!) building doorman nor the host could help us work it, a few phone calls later and eventually we were told it is privately owned by a resident. So my Mum rested at the foot of the stairs on her chair for about half an hour and then we hauled up the staircase to reach the elevator. Luckily my Mum can walk short distances - if she couldn’t at all this would have been a total disaster!
