Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Excellent property well located to town and sea coast. Decorated in comfortable furnishings with tasteful decor with all the extras you sometimes look for….cotton buds, aspirin, oil, salt and pepper etc.

The apartment is well located, it was clean and very easy to take the keys with Tatiana. she showed us the apartment that was exactly what I have booked. the apartment was clean, it was very functional, and located 15 minutes walking from downtown area of Gallipoli. There wasn’t a car parking however it was super easy to park in the street with no cost. we walked to the downtown area the first evening but we decided to take the car on the following nights, as the return was quite dark.

PolandCould use a wooden or other non-metal big spoon for cooking in the kitchen :) The teflon pans were scratched and should not be used for cooking because it's not healthy. I think it's a good idea to remove them from the apartment. I could use other metal pans anyways so it was enough for cooking some pasta :)
Excellent location, close to city center and to the sea. Only a few meters from a supermarket and a laundry. I was greeted with some snacks, a big bottle of water and a small bottle of wine. Very comfortable, spacious, clean apartment and nice, responsive owners. Comfortable big bed. There were some problems with WiFi (related to the company) but Tatiana and her husband acted quickly and they were solved. I think they also called the internet company to replace router so that problems would not occur again. Good place for exploring whole city. I was working remotely and it was comfortable to do so. Kitchen was very well equipped (which you cannot tell about many other places in the region) but It could use a big non-metal (wooden or so) spoon for more comfortable cooking. The owners did not speak English but we could easily communicate using a google translator and my very basic italian. Grazie Tatiana!

Czech RepublicThere was an issue with internet but Tatiana immediately jumped on it to get it fixed with the provider. Again, stellar service.
Absolutely happy with this booking. Great location & facilities + comfy bed. Tatiana provides such an amazing service, always available for any questions or suggestions. Complimentary welcome aperitivo (fruit, snacks, vino frizzante) and bottle of water in the fridge. There's also capsule coffee machine and the normal moka one as well. She even left pasta, passata, olive oil, salt, sugar...and so on. There's much more than you'll need. You can even cook if you like. Everything went perfectly. Highly recommended.
