We liked everything😊🔝🍀. The room, the cleanliness, everyone who works here, the atmosphere, the very diverse breakfast, the swimming pool and last but not least the hotel's location. Special thanks to the Manager of Bianco Riccio Hotel for the way he takes care of every tourist, his commitment to make everything perfect and his recommendations for restaurants, beaches and excursions.

The location is conveniently located. Our 3 teenage boys enjoyed the gym facility and the staff especially Alessandro were all very helpful and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Alessandro gives the best customer service and was super helpful with all of our needs. Love watching the sunrise each morning from room 308! Thank you!

The swimming pool was cold but quite refreshing once in, but could be warmer. Would be nice if they did better lunches - pool bar food very basic.

Extremely clean, very well looked after hotel with excellent staff who look after your every need. The hotel SPA was such a fantastic surprise. Massage, Sauna, Steam room and chill out area were amazing!

Staff were lovely & helpful , breakfast the best we have had in Italy , facilities clean , veranda with amazing views , pool is fantastic with pool bar , property is in the centre of a small fishing village with gorgeous restaurants , location is a short drive ( 20 mins )to most attractions.

maybe a bar area as well as the one on the roof. but this didn’t make or break the stay

Hotel was very clean with a nice breakfast terrace with the ocean view and very relaxing outside pool area. People working there - from the reception Alessandro, night security boy Samba and the people at the breakfast place were really really nice, kind and helpful. Hotel has a parking place outside and its close to the beach clubs with sunbeds and to the restaurants and bars. At the same time it is a quite relaxing not noisy area. We enjoyed out stay.

Gym has no air conditioning, making it virtually unusable. Coffee is very Starbucks like, which is not our favourite! Rooms can be a bit noisy (the plumbing is not quiet!)

Most importantly, all the staff were extremely helpful and lovely to deal with, especially the breakfast/reception/poolside staff. The room was large, clean and comfortable, the poolside was really relaxing, and the breakfasts were very good. We found it a great location to tour Puglia from, making many day trips out; Savalletri also has many good fish restaurants and a super-friendly coffee bar within easy walking distance of the hotel, which we really appreciated.

The pool water was cold. I would have liked it heated.

The breakfast was amazing every morning and the staff was very attentive and hospitable. They were wonderful. Everyone at the pool and reception were wonderful.

Wonderful paradise. Luxurious hotel near the sea. The staff is at the highest level, responsive, helped in all matters clearly and competently. The room is large, beautifully decorated. Breakfast is varied, in a restaurant overlooking the sea, a huge amount of fresh pastries, which was a real pleasure. The pool and its area are a separate piece of paradise, sun loungers, canopy beds and quiet music. We will definitely come back here!

The friendlyness of the staff, cleanness, enthusiastic nd relax feeling when you stay with them! A super location to do daytrips and also stay in the hotel to relax! Modern and cosy at the same time. The breakfast at the rooftop is a very nice and big plus: lots of assortiment and fresh eggs, bacon, Coffee, thee... wonderfull!
