We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Luxembourg1) The coat hook behind the door unexpectedly fell from the wall on my foot. It was very heavy and my foot still hurts till now. 2) The parking issue. There is a long enough coast line and it was not possible to find a parking place around the hotel. I understand that there are no reserved parking places however it was a big stress for me to find a parking place. I had to park in a wrong place and wake up 5 am when party people left the place and park the car properly.
It felt like cozy managed with care place. Location is super. Restaurant at the hotel exceeded expectations, homemade food, super good. Personnel was nice and attentive even with language bareer.

CroatiaGenerally, hotel is quite old and just partially refurbished. Aircondition didn’t work, they still use the blanket on the beds, some equipment is really old so the comodity its not the best.
Family hotel with a long tradition. Hosts are nice, personal approach…they work hard in their family business…and breakfast is perfect

ItalyIn the high season the street could be a little noisy if you sit on the balcony (rooftop is better). Keep in mind you will still have to pay for a private beach / umbrellas if you need it. One of the senior owners is at times a little rude, though I guess he doesn't realize.
Nice balconies right in front of the sea. Rooftop (common) has also got a great view (bring your sundowner). Free bikes to rent to move around along the bike path of the Versilia. Clean, comfortable, though essential. Good breakfast. The younger staff is great and helpful. Close by to an EV charger.
