The shower is really small even for me, I’m a tiny Asian man but. If I find it quite small, I kept knocking my elbows against the shower screens when I’m trying to wash myself.

Booked superior room but they gave me upgraded executive which i felt like a downgrade as it was cramped.

Room was adequate. Breakfast spread was great. Location was superb as it was near Lima metro.

Unfortunately, hotel has some issue with soundproof. It is super close to the metro station and busy street. We were staying on the 2nd floor, and we could feel and hear every time metro train came by. We also heard street noise and it was very difficult to sleep.

We really liked the room, breakfast and stuff of the hotel. Everyone was super friendly. The room was big, beds were comfy and pillows were good as well. Breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of options to choose from. Location is also very good 10 min till Central Railway Station.

On the day of my check out, I requested a taxi to drop me at Malpensa airport then the lady at reception offered to take their hotel standard car with 130 Euro fee. Even there is almost 40 Euro difference between hotel fee and taxi, I said this is ok to go with the hotel car. Then booking confirmed. 30 minutes later, lady called me asking to take the hotel mini-van instead of standard one and pay 150 Euro instead but I rejected as standard car will fit the purpose for 2 adults and 2 kids. The driver came on time with mini-van then I returned to the lady saying this is not a standard card then she said it is ok, no problem as agreed on price. Once driver dropped me in airport, he asked to pay 150 Euro and I refused. Then he started to be very rude. He found some water drops on the leather seat which are spilled while my daughter was drinking water, and asked to pay 20 Euro for cleaning!!!, I told him i will not pay more than 130 Euro. He raised his voice without any respect to my wife or kids, and I kept quiet to avoid missing my flight but if i had time, I would call the police to him. I hope hotel taking further investigation with that guy and teach him how to deal with customers. I recommend to use booking taxi better and cheaper and will not have a rude driver like this.

Location is amazing, Metro station “Lima, M1” is literally in front of hotel. Also, walk 30m to bus stop and take bus#60 or 81 to Central train station. It is just 900m walking to central station. Room is spacious with a nice view to street “ I was staying at room 510”, Breakfast was wonderful and so tasty, Big thanks to their great daily efforts. Room cleaning was fantastic, and reception staff was really super nice except the driver who dropped me at Malpensa airport. My kids liked the marshmallow who provided at hotel entrance on daily basis. Honestly, the hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely come again and recommend it to all of my friends who plan to visit Milano.

The soft walls allowed sound from other rooms. And the long meandering corridors and stairs wasn't very helpful especially with moving luggage.

It was a good central location. Accessibility to car park was good and it generally felt secured. The room has a balcony, which was cool.

The shower was broken and water poured out everytime. Not a deal breaker but did made a lot of mess in the room.

Breakfast was great with good selection. Location is great, 20 meters from a train. Good facilities, room is big and comfortable.

Bed clothing was clean, but not too comfortable. The under sheet (blanket between mattress and sheet) was depreciated in lumps. The pillows were not comfortable (at least for me, but this is subjective of course)

My room was noisy. My door was shaking loudly with every doorclosing nearby. I could also hear the noize of the bar.

The locality felt unsafe, with many houses having double locks and some people giving uncomfortable stares. The staircase to the terrace is not suitable for children. The walk to the train station is difficult with luggage due to uneven terrain.

The hotel is close to the train and metro stations. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of options. The amenities were good, and the city view from the rooftop terrace is stunning, but the staircase is not child-friendly.

The shower fixtures were loose and not so easy to keep in place. The mixer tap wasn't easy to open and got stuck a few times. Just by getting that checked would be a 100% Ref room 231.

The breakfast is awesome. The beds are comfy, and the touch of the complementary marshmallows is lovely. Our room was huge even with a fitted kitchen.

I have only one tiny complaint: it's a pity there were no scrambled eggs for breakfast.

The service is very flexible. I had my group dinner scheduled at 19:30, but I wanted to have it (alone) earlier and the waiter did it for me.
