good price for a hotel 15 min drive by Venice. Excellent breakfast

Didn't love the evening offer in the restaurant. A bit canteen like - very bright and utilitarian. Could be so much better. most people spending the last night of their holiday - bit of a let down. Also would have liked a regular shuttle to the airport. Taxi ride was quick and easy but expensive at 40 euros. There were apparently buses into Venice and Mestre but on Sundays there are fewer so it didn't work for us.

absolutely everything. especially our children loved billiard, calcetto or darts. rooms were very cosy and very clean, beds comfortable. in very close distance are bus stops to Venice, departure aprox. every 20 minutes. in close walking distance are several shopping malls. breakfast bufet is on 4-star hotel level as well, variety of foods and drinks - cannot complain

I booked 2 connected rooms which is convenient for families with children. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The air condition worked well which is difficult to find in summer. At the lobby there are some entertainments such as pool table which my children loved so much. The staff at the reception were friendly. There are available car parks which are free. The area is quiet and there is a nearby shopping mall and some restaurants.

Its position - was in a business district so finding restaurants nearby was a bit of a challenge

It was not a problem for me but if you have no car, moving around might be a little issue... It's not in the middle of nowhere but Mestre city centre is like a Km away and to go to Venice it's like a 15 mins drive.

Comfortable room with comfortable bathroom, underground parking (10 euros extra), breakfast was ok. One of the cleanest beds I had, ever, no hair from previous residents. The same applied to towels, as well.

Front Desk looked understaffed. The personal at the breakfast seemed also understaffed and they had no personal attention for the guest.

The bathroom size. The complimented water bottles. The King Size Bed. A lot of variety during breakfast.So it is a go to include the breakfast from day 1 for the amounth of 10 euro..

i dont like when the next door bang the shower door, you can hear that from your room and make you startle. Other than that everything is good.

the Hotel is quite new, so there is no dump smell at all. the room is quite spacious for 2 person, it is clean room, comfortable bed, close to the bus stop. and the breakfast is good, have a lot of variant.

The breakfast is great. The staff is very friendly. Parking is free in the outside parking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that goes to Venice. Getting to Venice is very easy with public transportation and the tickets can be bought from the hotel reception.

What an amazing hotel, everything was perfect. Super clean and quiet very modern, a great room with everything I needed for comfort and relaxation. Hotel is close to the mall and local shops if needed. Also restaurants and train station nearby. Would recommend

Extraordinarily professional, friendly, check-in. Got an up-grade because it was my birthday. Perfect explanation for our day trip to Venice. Extraordinary breakfast. Bed to dream of. Delonghi coffee machine with new capsules every day. Many amenities for free and daily.

Restaurant was pricey and not that good. Restaurant staff seemed inexperienced, and was unable or unwilling to accommodate a specail request. Restaurant design felt almost like a cafeteria.

Staff was very helpful concerning transportation to Venice. Clean. open, modern feel to the lobby. Parking was secure, right in front of the reception desk.

Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival . They helped us to book a shuttle to the airport at very short notice . Also provided some essentials that we had forgotten which was such a great help . Bedroom was spacious and very clean . Also came with nice amenities . Would return .

staff very friendly and helpful with info to get to Venice, they speak great English which was very helpful! the style of the hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, comes with a mini fridge and free bottled water which was a nice extra touch. plenty of takeaways in the area
