We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We stayed 2 nights. when we arrived to hotel, I asked to the reception if there is a cot available for my baby and they said that there is no available. The other day when we came back to the room, we saw the cot ready. it was very nice that they take our request into account even we did not remind them again. This was the second time we stayed in this hotel; and whenever we will go Milano or nearby, we will stay again for sure. Thanks!

United KingdomThe location was a bit remote for someone dependent on public transport. When walking from the train station, there was a section of the road which is unpavemented and require walking on the road towards a roundabout. With this in mind; if you are a phone zombie, have mobility issues or children/elderly/infirm persons with you, order a taxi from the train station to get there. Better safe than sorry.
Most aspects of the hotel itself were excellent. Having the bar open when I arrived late at night was really appreciated, with the Birra Moretti being decently-priced. Staff were friendly and had no trouble understanding my Southwestern English accent. It wasn't stuffed with dogs stinking up the place as I have seen elsewhere in Europe. Buffet and Latin music night was appreciated on the Saturday evening. The bed was comfortable enough and plenty of room in the bathroom.

United KingdomEverything was great. The hostess called a cab for us so we had no problem seeing Milan also did reservations for the restaurant there and it was literally the best steak I've ever had. A little pricey but well worth it for a good dinner. I was very happy no complaints here it was also really nice on the inside.

LithuaniaIt’s quite far from Milan center. To get there without a car one needs to walk 2km and then take a train, all of which takes about an hour. Also, the AC was noisy and the sound insulation quite poor. No grocery stores in a walking distance too. Industrial area.
The hotel was clean, the room was cleaned and towels changed every day.

Continental breakfast with good coffee was a nice way to start the day. The restaurant for our evening meals was really incredible and so reasonably priced. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom clean with good shower. Really spacious room and air conditioning. A lovely stay from beginning to end.
