We were situated in the apartment, which is not a standard hotel room, and is more like a rented flat. It is very specious, clean with all needed facilities. The location is very convenient next to railway station. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel in a prime location! Right by the train station and yet quiet. The single rooms were perfect for my son and me. The friendly staff and delicious breakfast rounded off our stay. Will definitely come back

The Hotel is Genova is far grander than the price point suggests! Our room, for four, was a suite! Very spacious, with a enormous double shower bathroom! The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Free parking is available on the side road outside the hotel, although the staff suggested we park at the station, as there had been some break-ins, which we did (at €50!! 😢😢). The spa area looked nice, €30 for two hours access. The gym was mostly cardio, but empty. The big let down was breakfast. Breakfast is served in the basement - so no daylight. We went at 9am and it was VERY busy, with little space to jostle to the food. It was all a bit lack lustre for such a lovely hotel. But ultimately, it did the job. The hotel is in a good location for walking into the city, and has a decent selection of restaurants nearby.

Hotel lobby and common areas look absolutely great! Lustrous and luxurious. All equipment seems modern and functional. Grand piano in the lobby adds a nice touch. In the room nothing is broken, everything in order. The breakfast is quite good too.

SPA was a bit expensive in our opinion, but is worse the price. We thought when we booked it was included in the price so it was a small disappointement, but still we enjoyed it,

Breakfast was very good and had a lot of choice. Staff was super nice and hotel opened until late which is awesome if you enjoy Turino by night. Very helpful with everything, nothing to complain about.

There wasn’t parking only 3 spots. Staff offered to find us a parking spot at the hotel next door. That was a good solution because we didn’t want to leave our car on the street or park at train station.

Air conditioning was very noisy during the nighttime, and we could not switch it off on the control panel located in the living room. However in the morning we found another panel upstaires and it appeared to be the easy solution :) So it was rather our overlooking than hotel fault.

We stayed in a huge, two-story beautifully decorated apartment (160 m2) with very comfortable beds, 2 nice bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and private mini gym (with excercise bike). The breakfast was very good and tasty, with a wide selection of food and drink. Location is excellent, in the city centre, next to the railway station.

Welcoming, friendly staff, helped us with suggestions of places to eat. Had a lovely dinner at a Piedmontese restaurant La Conca. Comfortable beds in quad room. The couch beds were very comfortable, bathroom was luxurious. Breakfast had so much choice, from eggs and meats and fruit to cakes and local fruit flans and croissants.

Changed from a nearby hotel to this one..Staff very helpful..Shout out to the tall guy at reception who found me a room early and allocated me a spot. Caution.. I think there may be only 4 car spots. My room was modern..quiet..spotless clean. Breakfast was good. Definitely recommend.

The hotel had 80/90’s decor in the common areas. The breakfast room wasn’t particularly pleasant in the basement. But the main gripe was the musty smell in the hotel. It hit you in the face on arrival, also down in the breakfast area. I would stay here again if the price was right for the convenience of the location.

The location was great. Beside the central station and close to the airport bus drop off. You were also in the Piazza Carlos in minutes and the shopping streets. The room was fine. There was some noise from the train station but that was to be expected. The noise from the hallway was a pain. But I noticed that Italian families always hushed their children in the mornings as the walked the corridor and I found this considerate and sweet. The staff were fine. Nothing to say one way or another. Breakfast was good.
