We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IcelandThe bed were not good specially the sofa bed it feels like you are sleeping in a bananabed . We did not love the breakfast but we did not have high expectations.
The staff was friendly. It is nice for a short stop over after flight. I would choose it aging but just for one night. It clean bud it needs a renovation.

The receptionist was very helpful when we called at a late hour, told us exactly where and when we should expect the hotel transfer. The minivan was comfortable and rather quick to get to the hotel (allow for a 15-20 min wait after the call). The hotel itself is nice, the bed in our room was very soft, which is naturally most important for a good rest

United KingdomConvenient for transfers to airport. Shuttle bus 5 euros each at time of writing. We had nothing lunch and dinner in restaurant and the staff were friendly and attentive. Good selection of food and wines. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Checkout time was 12 which is about an hour better than most hotels.

United StatesI left my passport behind in the room. Luckily I was not leaving Italy immediately. The hotel, Giorgio, contacted me right away, thru Booking.com, and secured it until I could return. I was reassured the passport would be safe. Thank you to the Housekeeping and entire staff. This was my third stay at Cavalieri Della Corona. I’ll always stay here when traveling thru Malpensa. PS. Great coffee, bar staff, and front desk…!!!

SerbiaValue for money is extremly good, room was big and comfortable, beds very compfortable, everithing clean. Furniture is not so new, but blankets, sheets and towels are very new and perfectly clean. Bathroom is very big and clean. We stayed only one night before flight and had very good rest.
