the rooms are really simple and kind of old so it’s a bit too expensive in my opinion, you have to give the key to the reception when you leave and always have to ring when you come back, no free sparking spots

they allow dogs (but charge 10€ extra), comfortable beds, close to the port (I had to take a ferry), nice reception

The family was a bit noisy. They asked I didn't stay out past 1am (which was not a problem for me). The elevator had a nasty odor despite the use of heavy cleaning supplies.

The room was clean but the elevator and stairs leading to the property was not. The owner and his family live within the premises and are quiet but noticable. It is a very cheap option and seemed safe. The rooms were clean. But I wouldn't recommend it if you are used to NA hotels.

It was quite confusing at first how to get inside. The shower head was very low, even though I am only 175 cm. The room smells funny 😅

It was very close to the train station and wasn't too expensive. The staffs were kind enough and the facilities are okay.

The whole place is old and it shows: the shower cabin was damaged, there were missing screws here and there, etc. But the price is very good and the place is clean, so... They won't give you a key for the main street door, so every time one has to ring the bell. However the owners will answer in seconds, so not a big deal. (I think they do it for security)

Excellent location, within walking distance from all the points of interest and from the Piazza Principe train station. It's on the second floor, with elevator, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and squeaky clean, with large windows overlooking the street called Via Balbi. The hotel offers no breakfast but there is a good bar just next door, so very convenient.

Meal smell in the entrance. Price per night is a little bit high for this kind of place.

So close to train station and historic centre, spacious room and clean private bathroom, good WiFi, there's a lift. You can leave your luggage until check-in.

Very close to train station and really only a short 10min stroll into the town, the owners were very nice and attentive, they stored my luggage after check out, nothing was an issue. Large comfy bed, I slept well. Lift was very useful as it's located on 5th floor.

The people working there where really nice and they even opened us the door in the nighttime after we were partying in the city at around 5 in the morning. The place is really near to the city center and you have a busstop right at the entrance.

The furniture and the facilities in general are old, it needs some work of redecoration.

The staff there was nice and helfpful. They gave us very good recommendations for places to have dinner late. The location is unbeatable and the 24 hour reception works fine. The room was very clean.

room keys are almost the same for all rooms. but we feel there like in family

Situated in city center near real life of non indigen people. We can park bycicle over night in the breakfast area. Hosts are very attent.

The doors are not really sound proof so take earplugs. There’s no wifi and you have to pay extra (by the hour) for airconditioning. Again, you shouldn’t expect a whole lot for the price they ask but thought it could be useful to mention here.

Well, it’s a very cheap hotel, so you shouldn’t expect a whole lot. But it’s conveniently located, the room is spacious and acceptabel and the sheets and towels are clean. Even though it’s a shared bathroom, you have a little sink in your room. All in all we would say the price is fair for what you get.

It looks very poor from inside. Not clean.

Location is a plus. The owner should really think why hir/her property looks so poor. Employees should open his/her eyes if the guests feedback is not enough. It does not need to be so poor to maintain a good price still. It is possible and WE know it.
