None it was amazing!

The location was beyond amazing!! It is right in the center! The staff were very friendly and helpful specially Eloisa I hope I’m writing her name right she was incredibly nice! We felt very comfortable! The breakfast was excellent as well and had such a nice energy where everyone was smiling every morning! I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it! We felt truly at home!

An outstanding experience throughout. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, which included a variety of gluten free options. Very central accommodation in a delightfully elegant building with outstanding architectural features. Couldn't recommend it more.

An effort can be done for the breakfast, given the rate of the rooms.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beaches, the shops, the Merkato and the, good restaurants . Spacious room. Wonderful staff. Basic breakfast.

The one drawback is that the front of the hotel had apparently become a teen hang in the very late hours until dawn, so although it was tucked away from Restaurants etc, it was quite noisy at night due to the teen gatherings under the windows every night. This may be a temporary thing tho - I stayed in July 2024. I’m not sure what, if anything the hotel could do about it.

This is a charming older style hotel with lovely staff and a simple breakfast I looked forward to every morning. It is exceptionally well located in the centre and the bikes you can hire at the hotel are sufficient to get you everywhere you need to go in Forte. The building has marble floors and soaring ceilings - recalling a grander past. The rooms are old fashioned but spotlessly clean and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Struggling to find anything

location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, you walk out of the door in the beach is across the road, you turn left and walk 200 mtrs and twice a week there is a outdoor market, behind the hotel are designer shops and restaurants it literally was the perfect location. Breakfasts were good and again the staff were excellent

The staff was so friendly and was very accommodating. I felt a personal level of service and attention to my familys' needs. The hotel breakfast was amazing and had so much variety. The rooms were soooo clean and spacious for our family of 4. I would highly recommend again.

It was extremly cold in the room and there was no heating.

Bed was uncomfortable (spring matress where you could feel the springs in your back and shoulders), Wifi doesn't work at all: you have to log in with your personal data which I don't like doing and then it is still not working

Aircon in the room could be stronger: some night we felt too warm. At times parking might be a challenge: you definitely find a space, but might need to drive around for it.

Location is amazing: you are 3 min walk to the beach and 3 min walk to all shops and restaurants. The personnel in the hotel are all very professional and friendly, good level of English, able to give advice to all questions I had. Also loved a local art gallery exhibition of the local artists. Not many people are visiting, but we definitely recommend. The local artist Viani was definitely ahead of his time in his works - we loved his art!

The Location is more than perfect! I dont think there is a hotel in forte dei marmi with a better location than this hotel! in the middle of everything! Our room is perfect for a family which is called a family room! there is a room with a double bed and a room with two single beds! it has also a large balcony! had a great time!

Television in the lovely breakfast room, playing music hip-hop videos in the morning. The hum of guests is excellent music on its own; breakfast doesn’t need a visual distracting soundtrack.
