We stayed one night and everything was excellent. The staff spoke excellent English, which was a benefit for us as we were tired after a long journey from Canada’s west coast. The front desk manager was very helpful- he arranged the payment for our on-street parking spot (the hotel also has its own parking garage), and personally brought extra towels to our room and fixed a connection problem with the wi-fi as well. The restaurant dinner was good and the free breakfast selections were outstanding- the best we’ve ever found in Italy.

We spent some wonderful days off-season at this hotel. Often, off-season visits can mean a compromise in service quality, but that was absolutely not the case here. The staff was outstanding—constantly smiling and incredibly helpful, treating us like royalty. The food was also delicious. Having stayed in numerous top-notch hotels, I can confidently say this one stands out from the rest. Thank you for such a fantastic experience.

Everything was great.

This was one of the best places I've stayed in so far. The hotel is situated right beside the beach. Very elegant, yet really cosy. The owners family and all the staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and clean, the breakfast was just FANTASTIC. It is located away from the center, which for us was a great advantage. As we visited in May, we were able to enjoy really peaceful time. Also, we used the spa, the massages are something different! Strongly recommend!

As far as it might sound weird, we did not appreciate that our room was cleaned every day. We wanted to use the towels more than one day but they were changed everyday. Not very eco.

Friendly staff, abundant breakfast, spacious rooms, very close to the beach and on a 10 min drive to Mirabilandia, there are options to rent a bike, have a baby pushchair.

My timing. I was out of season, and most of the town was closed. Still a great place to visit.

Hotel Bellettini was advertised as a "Family" hotel. I wasn't sure what that meant. What it turned out to be, was one of the best hotel stays I have experienced. From the greeting by Maddalena, to check out with Barbara, everything was sensational. Restaurant staff, Pietro and Davide were outstanding, as was the food and beverage.

Family run hotel with very welcoming staff. Great location right on the beach. 5 minute walk into the centre of town. Modern facilities all to a high standard. Wellness centre excellent, with steam room, sauna plus treatments available. Reserved parking available too (recommended). Breakfast terrific, lots of choice all very fresh.

Superb! Very nice, friendly, helpful and professional staff, super smooth service, they made you feel like a old special friend... Room was cozy and comfortable, kept clean by the staff. Quiet and peaceful. Very good and plentiful breakfast. Location may be little bit far from the center, but the distance was walkable.

Everything was just perfect! We were lucky to get a King Room and it was amazing! Nice view from the 4th floor and really clean and wide room. I really recommend to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset, it's on another level! You can park the car on the street or you can park the car in the private garage, which is highly recommended if you want to leave some luggages in the car. The staff is really friendly and you can ask any question, they are really happy to support you. The best part is the dinner in the restaurant located inside the hotel. The food is really tasty, especially the fish! The breakfast was also delicious, a full international breakfast will all the food you want.
