Nothing fitted my requirements for a one night stay

Value for money. 15 mins walk or two tram stops to train station. Rosa was very good with instructions on where to go and how to get there. Have cash ready for city tax. We had a nice big room.

I understand the use of motion activated lighting to save energy, but a dark stairwell feels less inviting. The old fashioned elevator was a lovely alternative and it worked well.

The host was kind and helpful, she offered to get my trolley ticket the morning I left. The room is quiet and airy, the amenities were just right. So nice to have a balcony- I could see the moon rise!

Rosa is a wonderful host, before arriving she asked in advance when we would be check in and we agreed on a check-in time. Met us. Upon arrival, she told us where to go for a walk, where to go and how to get to attractions. The room and bath are clean, there is a towel and shampoo, the room is spacious, comfortable, there is also a separate kitchen where there is everything you need. Recommend. I had very good impressions

The room is pretty small but for this price nothing to complain.

The staff (Rosa), the big and comfortable bathroom, the locaton is perfect when travelling by train. We could leave the luggage after the check-out.

Just commenting as a wheelchair user for other users. I am an ambulatory user. There were 10 steps to get in to the building, and the lift to the B and B did not fit my wheelchair with my in it so I folded up and stood. For me, i am able to do this, but aware some may not so may impact choice.

Rosa bent over backwards to help us. I made her aware of some mobility issues i have before we left and she helped and changed our room to help me. She went through the best places to go and was very supportive about our safety and comfort as two young girls. thank you! The place was very clean and well maintained with decent showers, maps and leaflets for local areas as well as a phone you could use to call taxis etc. The location was fantastic literally over the road from the tram to get to the city centre. two stops to get to the train station to get to airport and onward as well so fabulous location. we didn't have breakfast as we had made plans but all facilities were there and Rosa was happy to help on our schedule.

The blanket in the cabinet appears not fresh so we decided not to use it.

My friend and I stayed for 1 night on our last day in Florence. We liked that the location was very accessible via tram and close to the train station. Rosa was very nice and accommodating 😀😀😀

Not too much to complain about. 15 min walk to train station but tram is available but buy your tickets ahead of time as they have to be validated on the tram.

Rosa was a very gracious and friendly host. She speaks great English and is easy to talk to. She makes sure you have everything you need. Had an elevator which was great. Also had a cool small balcony to sit on. I would stay there again without hesitation.

There is no in room safe which I like to lock up my passport etc. Nothing really to complain about.

The proximity to the train station is great. The staff is unbelievably friendly and kind. The room we got was very large, spacious and well air-conditioned during the little heat wave. It's pretty vintage and gives you a classic Italian experience.

The private bathroom was about 5 steps across the hall. Fortunately there was never anyone else in the area of the hall. The bathroom was quite large and very clean.

We arrived many hours later than expected and Rosa was so kind to keep in touch and make our arrival seemless. Rosa helped us navigate our way through Florence which was so appreciated. The room was very comfortable with a lovely little patio that was so inviting. The elevator to our room was also a treat!

The host was a very nice lady who goes above and beyond to make your stay a good stay. The bed was nice and the bathroom big. The walk to the city centre isnt that far. If you go to florence for a couple of days i would recommend this Bed and Breakfast. Thank you Rosa🙂

The property is easy to find. 2 tram stations away from center. Rosa is an exceptional host. Really nice and cooperative. She was the highlight of the trip. I arrived late so i had to check myself in but her instructions were clear and concise. The whole place has a rustic feeling and a cozy warm vibe. I really liked it

Nothing ! This is very clean, very central, very safe, close to the tramway, 5 min from the central station, 15 min from the airport, and several restaurants in the area !

Rosa, the host, was simply amazing, accommodating all our needs and wishes ! She moved us to a quiet room, upgraded us with bathroom inside, gave us many great tips for the city and even lent us a room for a late check-out ! I have stayed at many places with Booking but never had such a level of hospitality ... We will come back at Rosa's B&B Belfiore, without any doubt ;-)

Santa Maria Novella Basilica is a 16-minute walk away. the woman at the reception treated us very well, she explained the map of the city and the places to go, although the bathroom in the room we chose was outside the room, the lady gave us the version inside the room, I recommend it
