Be aware of the vicinity of the railway tracks, but it did not disturb our sleep at night.

Wasn't a problem for us at all, however due to closeness of train station one can hear trains passing by.

Extremely friendly atmosphere, help with mapping main sights of the city, very clean and nice-looking room, small details add a lot to interior of bathroom, hall, common area, also beautiful garden. Ideal dor travellers using train - close to the station.

- Private bathroom is really small and the toilet is super narrow. - bed was already a bit broken - no probate parking - you park on the street and here also a window of our car was broken and some things were stolen. Would recommend to go into a garage!

Our room door lock was broken (in generally we still felt save because main door of building and yard gates was locked) and kicked in our building could have water boiler.

Location, it is close to bus station and not so far away from city center. Our room was specious. Free tea and coffee. Host let us keep luggage on check out day in main building.

Everything was perfecto for us and we enjoy our stay but It is very close to the train tracks and if you are a bad sleeper and the noise wakes you up this might be a problem.

Perfect location if you are traveling by train, only 10-15 min walk to the main attractions. Personal was lovely and help us in everything we ask.

Very friendly staff. Bernadetta the hostess was very kind. She loves to feed people. The accomodation is very close to Central station so excellent if travelling by train. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The noise of the train as it's close to the train station. the matrass of the bed had a dip in the middle, was not comfortable to sleep on.

The proximity to the train station is also a minus for this hotel if you're a light sleeper. The trains keep going whole night and it gets very noisy when they pass by. Also the house is quite old, with old wooden squeaky doors, which are not soundproof at all. So, everytime someone moves around the hall it gets noisy. If you're staying at this place, make sure you have earplugs) Also, the beds was way too soft for me

The host is very accomodating and friendly. The location is good - about 15 minutes walking distance to the city center and all major attractions and a 5 minutes walk to Porto Nuova train station. It was clean.

The hallway smelled very strongly of dog pee - the room smelled a bit better but definitely strong still. The door knobs were kind of sketchy and there was a hole in the wall above the door.

A bit noisy, between trains and other guests in the halls.

Great location close to train station. About a 10 minute walk. About a 25 minute walk into Verona and no real transit to get there, but it's an easy walk. Staff was very kind and accommodating and room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was good.
