The smell of air freshener/washing powder. The walls/doors between the rooms mean you can hear your neighbours very clearly. There is now no breakfast offered but a tea/coffee area would have been nice - althouigh Angelo did give us a kettle to use :-)

It was very clean and Angelo is a fantastic, friendly, helpful host. The style is incredibly eclectic and the balcony was just big enough to sit and watch the world go by. Perfect location for wandering around the old city

Walls between rooms kind of thin, so if neighbours are noisy you can ask them be more quiet. Not so much noise from the street if windows closed, quite ok to sleep. A bit hard to find as there are no signs, so ask the way to go in beforehand

The host is very kind, helpful and always available. We received a map, information, and excursion opportunities. The accommodation is in the center, really 5 minutes from everything. Lidl next door. Both the apartment and the shared bathroom are characterized by order and cleanliness. I can only and exclusively recommend it.

The main drawbacks for us were that we got a room facing the street and the street was very noisy that we woke up several times during the night. Also, the window curtain was transparent that the light from outside woke us up.

Great location. Could be a bit noisy, but as soon as the Windows are closed, all is good. Very Clean. Shared bathrooms were cleaned regularly which was great. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Hosts super friendly. Check in no problem even outside the regular hours. We would definitely come back.

Great location, very close to central station and easy to get to and a from Palermo airport by train. Small traditional bed and breakfast, nice owners and great communication. Air conditioned rooms and clean communal bathrooms. Property feels very safe and easy to access everything in the city.

An excellent place to explore Palermo out of. The location is incredible, a short walk to the central station and to the main points of interest. The place is a former upper class apartment with beautiful high ceilings and tiled floors. The owners were incredibly helpful and kind and recommended what to see and where to eat. We had a little hiccup (we forgot to pay the tourist tax before leaving) and they were very understanding and communicative. The place is located on a large busy street (via Roma), which in the evenings is full of other tourists - I'm a light sleeper and the level noise with the windows closed didn't bother me at all, but something to consider if e.g. you like to keep windows open at night. Overall, a great experience. Thank you again for a nice stay!

The main and only issue was the noise at night. It seems to never end since it's on one of the main streets of Palermo. So the room facing the street is not quiet at all.

The location is perfect in Palermo. It is affordable for a place which is quite tourist. The owner/staff is very nice and always has a smile on his face, very welcoming.

The B&B itself if fantastically decorated, it has a wonderful warm feeling to it! The room was spacious, and had a balcony overlooking the street. The location is perfect, right by a bus stop, cafes, street food, Lidl, and a cute bar that makes cocktails and has a great vibe. Its the perfect start to explore the Historic Quarter and is close to the train station too.

The guests next door were always on their phone speaking very loudly so i think the walls are quite thin and the street is quite noisy, so just need to use ear plugs.

Angelo was so welcoming on my arrival. He gave me a map and advice of where to go and where to eat. Even though the restaurant he recommended always had a queue of people waiting to get in..next time!
