Nothing was excellent

A wonderful B&B set in a lovely villa and hosted by the very hospitable and kind Christina, who was extremely helpful ringing pharmacy and driving me there when I had a problem with lost medication. Very clean and comfortable with kitchen facilities available. Location is close to the lake, about 25 mins walking to centre of Desenzano, by the lakeside, which is a beautiful walk , but there is a supermarket and restaurants close by.

It was a lovely quiet location, not too far from Lake Garda and nothing was too much trouble for Cristina, who even gave us a lift to the station early in the morning when we were leaving, as the local taxis were not too reliable.

Great place, quiet location. Cristina was very helpful with every little thing we asked for. Nice breakfast, served at your preferred time to your room, and we also had a garden-facing balcony to have our breakfast there.

The villa is located in a beautiful and quiet area, within a 10 minutes walk from the beach. Our room was very clean and well equiped. Christina, the owner, is a wonderful hostess, always willing to help.

All good, no issues at all.

Was extremely happy that I booked this B&B immediately upon arriving. Surrounded by a wonderful garden and welcomed by the host. Room was very comfy, with a great bed and large bathroom. Able to cook meals if required. Also was provided with a drying rack which came in handy. Breakfast was fantastic, and the host provided essentially a menu to choose from. Ample parking outside. Overall wish I was able to book a few more days here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Filotea - the house is amazing and Cristina was a superhost. The property has a beautiful garden in a nice quiet neighborhood and is only 5 mins drive to downtown Desenzano, where's there plenty of great restaurants. The room was large and very comfortable and we had an excellent breakfast.

Breakfast was amazing - you could choose from the list what and how you want to eat. Supernice owner- very relaxing environment. Beach in walking distance with rent opportunities for chairs and umbrellas. Within 500 m food store Penny. Miss already back here.

Friendliness of hosts. Excellent breakfast with choices served on terrace. Short walk to beach and longer walk into town along promenade. Good size room and bath with kettle, microwave, hot plate and fridge. Beautiful garden with lots of birdsong. Near bus line. Help with planning itinerary.

Busses are close by, but are not driving very often, so we walked to the city most of the time which is 30min one way.

Very friendly host, nice big room with good airco. Breakfast served in your room or outside on the terrace due to covid. Enough choice to choose. Beach to swim is only 600m down the road, very nice place.
