You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

Location and Wellcome and that it is named as bed and bike Ferrara ! We arrived with our bikes and went on a ride the next day. There is an amazing ice cream shop across the road from the place.

United Arab EmiratesThe water pressure from the shower is a touch low. Maybe the option for more than one key would also help. Very little complaints though, compared to the many positives.
If you follow the instructions, the self check-in experience is flawless. The rooms is very spacious, clean and perfectly located 5 minutes away from the city centre. There is a simple shared kitchen with a fridge, a microwave and a free filtered-water dispenser. The room is also very easy to reach by bus with a 10min ride from the train station. Daily cleaning service makes the stay even more comfortable.

The location was fantastic - a relatively quiet location but only a short walk to the castle and cathedral in the centre, and right next to a popular gelateria. The apartment was pleasant and clean and our host, Carlo, was very helpful upon arrival.

United StatesThis is in a great location, walk too anywhere. It has two very clean rooms; the double bedroom is huge and functions as both a living and double bedroom. The staff are very friendly. Only negative is that the WIFI is not great in the bedrooms, but they are working to improve it.

Cozy place in an excellent location, just 300 m to Estense Castle. The apartment was super clean, as well as the whole structure. Same applies for the linens and towels. Hot drinks and biscuits are available both in the room and in the common kitchen. Excellent choice.

GreeceThe double bed was absolutely inappropriate, the mattress was not level so you couldn’t stay on one side but deepened to the middle. When we called the staff next morning to tell the problem they said sorry but due to the good rating on booking.com the problem obviously doesn’t exist, otherwise other clients would also have mentioned it. The walls of the apartment were dirty and the toilet had an unpleasant smell.
The location was very good, close to the city center and parking area.

BulgariaThe beds, especially the mattresses. We've never slept on so uncomfortable beds. Even the back part of the bed broke down during the night. In the morning, all of us had some aches on different parts of the body because of the old mattresses .The management of the place should think to change them.
The location is great-just in the center of the town. The host was so kind to provide us with all the necessary information, including proposals, what and where to eat.. The apartment was very clean.
