Beautifully finished, maintained and serviced and in a perfect location just a stones throw (literally) from the beach and all the beachfront bars and restaurants. Giacomo and his team were wonderful and welcoming and could not do enough to help us have an enjoyable stay. The rooms were well appointed, spotlessly clean and perfect for a weeklong stay. Follonica is on the main rail links to both Pisa and Rome so is easily accessible even without a car. There were more wonderful bars and restaurants within short walking distance than you would ever need and yet, although you were so close to the beach and central areas, you were not disturbed once inside the B&B. So many lovely little touches that made it an extra special experience and if we come back to the area again, we wouldn’t hesitate to book.

Lovely stylishly decorated b and b with beautiful linens and finish. Super helpful staff with great local recommendations. Quiet yet right in the centre and minutes walk from the beach. Great breakfast.

B&B Follonica is a true gem. Giacomo runs this place with so much love, dedication and passion that you instantly feel like home. He really makes you feel welcome and special! The location couldn’t be any better. Super central, just round the corner from the beach, loads of restaurants and bars super close by but still quiet. The lovely breakfast is served in the beautiful garden, and there’s water, coffee and some snacks available all day. Giacomo arranged a sunset boat trip for us, which was absolutely amazing! He always had an open ear and great recommendations for everything we asked. We were even able to charge our electric car at the B&B! If you’re looking for a place to stay in the area, don’t look any further!

Everything seems to have been considered. There is nothing I can think of that could have made our experience better.

This is a beautiful property, and is managed with extreme care, professionalism and passion. The desire to be their absolute best is palpable, and they are succeeding. It is impeccably clean, comfortable, well designed, and the breakfasts were truly delicious. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend B&B Follonica to our friends. Thank you so much for our enjoyable stay.

I liked the whole experience from the booking to check out. Giacomo the host was very professional, friendly and willing to assist. very flexible with check in times. We were greeted by Giacomo and he took time to go through everything in detail with us. The room was lovely and very clean. The gardens out the back of the hotel were very peaceful. Would recommend to anyone staying in follonica as it is a great location

The house has been newly renovated & looks absolutly great now! Ciacomo was an extremly caring person. Also the location was perfectly close to the saeside & also to the center with many restaurants. For sure it will be our preferred address also for future trips!👍

Nothing much to dislike really at all. Just a tiny thing that the TV reception wasn't great but we weren't in our rooms long enough for it to be a bother. I'm sure if we had said something it would have been looked into straight away.

We were greeted with a very warm welcome by the wonderful Giacomo! He was delightful and nothing was too much trouble. The location was a short walk (under 10 minutes) from the train station and easy to find. The property has been recently refurbished and it's lovely. Clean, lovely artwork on the walls, generous and delicious breakfast with free coffee and water (being eco the free reusable water bottles were a fantastic touch). The use of the spa was included in the price which I hadn't realised and we loved using the hot tub and spa room. We were sad to leave and can't wait to return!

The host (Giacomo) is a great guy always available and ready to help. My son appreciated scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast prepared in the front of him. The beach is only 100m from property and there is a private garden available for customers. Located in center with many restaurants around.

One of the best! The B&B Follonica is one of the best I've ever visited. Beautiful newly renovated rooms, clean and tidy, spacious lovely garden, rich and tasty breakfast, private parking, centrally located. Staff always there to help and answer questions. This facility is managed to perfection by Giacomo and his sister Julia. They will do everything to make your stay a stay to remember. Location is perfect and we want to come back again in the future.

I liked everything!!

OMG this place is perfect in every way. We only stayed one night as we were travelling but I would've spent my whole holiday there. The place is exceptionally clean and the rooms are finished to a high spec with a fridge and modern fittings. We had an exclusive spa session included in the price. Best breakfast too. The garden is a peaceful oasis of calm. Central location but not noisy at all inside at night. We booked a 3 bed room as we had my son and he was delighted that it was a separate little room off of ours. The beds were so comfy too. I cannot recommend this place enough. The family running the hotel are also attentive and eager to help us with any aspect of our stay (including a recommendation to an excellent restaurant.....with a 10% discount 😀)
