Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The location is great, bus stop right on the doorstep. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to all the attractions. There is an Italian restaurant next door which is very good.

Everything you need is available in the apartment. Fridge, kitchenware, microwave vs. İnternet is great. Duomo Square is a 19-minute walk away. The tram passes in front of the hotel and transportation is very easy. You can walk safely even at late hours. We loved it very much. Thanks for everybody for help. If we come again, we would choose it again.

United KingdomWe had a loft and basement room, the bed in the loft was super comfy! The basement bed wasn’t as comfy but then it is a sofa bed so that is to be expected. The apartment was very clean, smelt quite heavily of bleach which is a bit of a problem for me as it can trigger my asthma, however, they weren’t to know that! Fabulous staff, we arrived before our check in time, our room wasn’t ready but they did allow us to leave our bags and gave us access to another apartment so we could pop to the loo.. We were on the ground floor right next to the reception area, it was a bit noisy with people going up the steps and then the door banging shut. Also, as the floors are hard rather than carpet, noise from the apartment above can be quite loud. Having said that, I still had a great nights sleep. The apartments are conveniently located next to a tram stop.

United KingdomThe main centre is around a 35-40 minute walk and getting a taxi was difficult. However there were other bars / restaurants on route to the centre.
Paola was very helpful and stayed up to meet us at the apartment when we had a late arrival time. Apartment was clean and spacious. Drinks in the fridge for a small fee, which was a great help because when we arrived as all shops were closed.

10/10 location within walking distance of the canals and a tram stop out front which takes you straight to the Duomo (5min tram ride). Very friendly and helpful staff. One of the comfiest beds I had on my trip through Europe. Very generous size room and bathroom.

CanadaIt worth every penny you will pay. Just for shower size if you are pregnant or an oversize person make sure to be aware the shower door is so tiny you might not be able to get in. I was 7 months pregnant, unfortunately I find difficulties taking a shower there .
The hotel is just 20 mnts away from the Fumincino airport. So convenient and offordable comparing to what you get. Sea view is the biggest plus I had a splendid experience, around the hotel plenty of restaurants , bars and coffee shops.

Very clean, helpful and wonderful staff. Thank you Enzo for the coordination and all the info you provided. Heater and hot water , perfect, fully equipped kitchen. Perfect location Front of a tram station, even the metro is in walking distance. And most important 15min easy walk to the center. There is a very good resto just next to the hotel and many coffee shops .

20 mnts drive from .Milan Linate Airport. The hotel has a very strategic location, you are close by everything yet you enjoy being in a quiet street of vibrant Milan. Staff are very professional and friendly. Appartements are spacious and beautifully designed. Comfortable bed hug bathroom. Everything you need in the kitchen

Enzo, the Reception team lead and his staff were exceptionally attentive! He did everything to accommodate my family. WE arrived earlier than the prescribed check-in time and he allowed us to check in as soon as the room was ready. The location was perfect---we were in to visit our child studying at Bocconi and living in housing just a block away. The entire facility was light. bright, clean and airy.
