We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandPaying for a sea view room but no view as it is obscured by building works. This is misrepresentation and should not be allowed to happen as you are charging a premium for nothing. Also note that as a single traveller I was given the worst room on the floor for any view as well. The breakfast was inedible ie the scrambled egg and bacon.
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to and from the centre is a great service and is a nice touch.

United KingdomWe phoned on our first evening to try and get a taxi organised or a pick up as a storm had hit and we were stuck. We were told this wasn’t possible - this should be a service provided to all guests. I think guests should be pre warned of the building site opposite on booking the hotel. It had no affect on our stay but I think it may upset others. Music around the pool was slightly dated - ambient music would suit the hotel better

IrelandThe hotel a bit out from Bari, but this of itself was not a major issue as the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to the city, taxis we plentiful and the municipal bus service served the location (although the timetable of the 53 bus wasn’t reliable). However the immediate environs of the hotel weren’t really nice, and there was nowhere to go for a coffee if one went out for a walk. One final point - the pool was lovely. However with injuries to both my knees I really need something to hold on to getting out. Even shallow steps are impossible so I might suggest the installation of a very short handrail?
The staff were exceptionally pleasant. The hotel was very clean and the lounge/pool area was very nice. The swimming pool was great. The menu was good, if a little limited. The bathroom was of a very high standard.

RomaniaThere are not too many options around for coffee and or for food if you want to live the experience of local life.Though you can have meals in the hotel's restaurant. Even the hotel is close to the beach, approx 300 m , the acces to the beach is not directly , you have to cross a street .The beach near the hotel is very crowded and unfortunately not clean.
The hotel is very clean, rooms are very spacious , staff friendly. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the city center but if you stay late you have to find a taxi. If you prefere a pool they have a nice garden and a pool with all serviced : towels , drinks served at the lounge chair , of couch by charge. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing.
