There is absolutely nothing that we didn't like. And that is not something we easily say.

Good communication for arriving 👏 Friendly staff Clean Working AC Most importantly, the room was EXACTLY AS SHOW ON THE PICTURES. The room was spacious as we booked the room for 3 people but used it as a couple. Close to Vatican 5 min and 15 min to Pantheom 20 to Trevi Fountain We had a bonus small terrace, and they allowed us to use the washing machine that was big. We already saved the place for our next time in Rome.

The room is tidy and location is great just very close to the Vatican city. Serafino always response quick and friendly. They have cutie dining area and washing machine in the kitchen. Everything just in the pace! If you travel from / to airport, just 10 mins walk to the bus stop but I would recommend you purchase the tickets online so we will not charge for €2 service fee. We also rent a Vespa explore the city which really good experience if you have scooter licence 🪪. And Scooter Rent Rome is the shop just 2-3 mins walk from the guesthouse. Price is absolutely cheaper than the central area! Roma is a really historical city which we hardly explore all of the sites just in 3 days, I hope we can come back very soon!

This place is a true gem in Rome! The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the airport shuttle, great restaurants, St. Peter's Basilica, and the Vatican’s major attractions. It’s also within walking distance (about 30 minutes) to the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. The property is newly renovated, with air-conditioned rooms and a small kitchen available for guests, making it even more convenient. The owner was exceptional, always available with helpful tips and advice to make our stay in Rome even better. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely return on our next trip! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Location is excellent. Air conditioning was great. Not a mosquito in site. We walked everywhere but good bus links and 15 mins walk to a metro. Check in and check out was very simple.

We visited in July and it was hot hot outside. We weren’t prepared for exactly how hot it would be. Thankfully the in room air conditioner was a life saver this trip. It got super cold in the room and was probably the only place in Rome we could cool off. Other than that the beds were comfy, room was spacious for our small family and bathroom was a good size as well. Very clean.

The location of the hotel was perfect as we wanted to be closer to The Vatican. Many restaurants and cafes around. We were met and shown to our room which was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed including fresh flowers. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs was a welcome morning ritual and this hotel had two additional bonuses which made our stay all the more wonderful. The hotel roof top space provided a spectacular view of The Vatican and Rome and the washing machine was a huge plus!

Great location close to the Vatican, and still walking distance to all the touristy stuff in central Rome. The area is beautiful, quiet, and safe. The room was perfect with AC, daily cleaning, and plenty of space. Giuliano, the host, is also super nice and even sent us local restaurant recommendations.

The fridge wasn’t the coldest but it didn’t effect us in any way

Beautiful accommodation and brilliant service from our host. The room was kept extremely clean with housekeeping every morning changing our sheets and fresh towels. Any text messages we sent about restaurant recommendations or other questions were answered immediately and was extremely helpful. If you are to stay i recommend going to the roof if the door is open beautiful views of St. peter’s dome

Air conditioner is slightly noisy if you want to sleep with it. About 15-20 minutes walk to the metro.

Very comfortably and stylishly furnished. Had tea and coffee making facilities inside the room and little fridge inside the room. Very nice cafe/green grocer downstairs with non carbs options. Close to the Vatican but wasn't overly touristy area. Guliano was extremely helpful with local information, Definitely would stay again.

Absolutely loved it here! The location is perfect. Right next to Vatican and is close to many good local restaurants. The room is comfortable. The towels were nice and fluffy. We were able to check in a couple of hours later which we really appreciated. Staff that we met during our stay were lovely and super helpful with taxi bookings, and keeping the accommodation clean. The tax i stand is nearby. I recommend this property.

This is a lovely room, it is quiet but in a good location. You can walk or catch the metro everywhere. Giuliano met us and was very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely terrace on the roof if you want to go up and enjoy the view. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Not a problem for us, but good to know that there is no reception in the guesthouse so you need to agree on the check in time beforehand.

This is a very nice guesthouse in a very nice neighbourhood. The room and bathroom were roomy with Rome standards. We liked the decor in the room and in the common area, where there is a fridge and espresso maker for common use. It's a 5-minute walk to the Ottaviano metro station and both Castel Sant'Angelo and St Peter's are a stone's throw away.
