You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryThere is a glass container right in front of the house, so if you're staying in the streetfront room, you'll hear very, very loud glass cracking all day, even at night,early morning... Etc. It's not the place's fault though,just annoying if you try to sleep.
Perfect location, 2 min walk from historical downtown, 1 min from bus stop. Small shops around, bigger shops around 15 min walk away. Many restaurants and cafes around.

Czech RepublicA little noisy. When we asked for a check-in at 23:30, we were told that there is EUR 15 penalty for checking in after 8pm. Conditions do not specify that, though. In the end we did not pay but I did not like this opportunistic approach.

The location was perfect. Just 3 min walk from the marina and the historic centre. I only landed at 9:10pm and she waited me to check me in around 10pm with a smile on her face. Very quiet, I would recommend.

The rooms are nice and clean. The house is situated very close to the old town with a lots of nice restaurants and the sea promenade is very close. We had a very nice stay.

PolandCentrally located, perfect place for those travellers who want to explore both, the old town of Alghero, which is located just round the corner, and spend time on one of beautiful beaches. Very nice and clean, close to the public transport, local shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and answered all questions I had. We could check out after 11 pm without additional fees and we could also leave our bags after check-out free of charge. Highly recommended!

SwitzerlandIn the description was stated there is a parking, which was the main reason we booked this place, but the parking is actually the city parking for the residents of Alghero (not visitors or tourists) and we had to drive around to find one that’s free. This caused us a great deal of stress because we were not from there and we didn’t want to go against the rules. In my opinion, if the place doesn’t have it’s personal parking, then this should be emphasised, as finding a free parking in the city center is impossible. The guy who was working there was playing dumb as we asked him how can we resolve this mess. He was trying to persuade us that Booking itself set the options as the there was parking in the facility. The lady was ok. For those who are carless, this place is a good option.
The place is in the city center and everything is close on foot. It’s clean.

DenmarkThe room was not very cozy. Very high ceiling and basic/no decorations. The AC was not working, so initially, we were given the two most basic ventilators, which did not make any difference in the crazy summer heat. After asking, we were provided with a bit more powerful AC. The room was facing a noisy street full of traffic.
The location of the room was perfect - just a few steps away from the Alghero harbour. Everything was clean and organized.
