- The room only had one plug you could effectively use, and already connected to the nightlight (the other one being behind the desk and necessary for fridge etc) - Outside noises (or those from neighbors inside the apartment) do come through easily. But because I spent my time walking through Firenze, and wear ear plugs at night, it didn't bother me too much

- Very decent price/quality. - Friendly host as well. - The neighborhood has some very nice places for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Also more affordable than typical places in Firenze, because it's outside the center. - You're within walking distance of some excellent places to visit (e.g. Villa Bardini and its magnificent gardens)

There was no kettle in the room, which would have been helpful. The toilet in our room made some noises anytime somebody used the water in the building and the windows rattle quite often whether open or closed, therefore not the best for superficial sleepers.

The accomodation has great location, really close to Boboli Garden and there are multiple bus stops just a few hunder meters away that take you right to the center. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the host was very kind, helpful and responsive.

A very comfortable and cozy stay in the heart of Florence! Located near major landmarks in a historic and quiet neighborhood, it's perfect even for those who can spend a few days in the city. You can reach by walking several attractions or just ride on a bus, as there are bus stops nearby. Vintage atmosphere and attention to detail, make this property so unique, and make you feel the beautiful Florence vibes. The room was comfortable, very clean, and big enough with a small balcon from which you can enjoy a lovely view. I was warmly welcomed by the host, who provided me tips on best places to visit in Florence and shows care and attention to the satisfaction of his guests.

Maybe add normal blanket will be much comfortable, for now you need to place separate woolen blanket on the top sheet and you can touch it after anothr guests. Shower drain doesn't work well, takes a minute to get a lot of water, but this can be easily fixed

Overall it's a good place to stay. Nice and helpful owner, only thing you need to notify him 30 min before arrival, so he come to make check-in. Location no super cetral, but good - 15-20 minutes to city center by foot. Room was clean and looks authentic with some vintage furniture.

A bit far from Florence SMN station. Water leaking from the joint below basin. No mug and spoon for making tea/ coffee.

Great location. Close to main city attractions, without being in a busy central area. Nice sized room, comfortable bed and bedding. Matteo was friendly and super helpful!

I liked the location. Outside the tourist area, so you have more real Italian authentic restaurants and cafes.

Our host, Matteo was very polite and helpful. He waited for us to arrive after the check-in hour and he was very friendly and willing to answer all our questions. His father is also a very kind and nice person. Also, the room' s decoration was beautiful and elegant. The room was very clean, with an extra comfortable king size bed. We would definitely recommend it!

the bathroom could use a little bit of renovation. but it is better than most of the places and of course it was clean so don't worry.

the place has a really nice balcony to just sit and relax. the place was authentic and it had a soul. of course it was a little old but nothing good comes without a price. also the host was really nice. and it was walkable from the city centre only 15-20 minutes

There was no glass to clean teeth. Only 1 Hair/shower gel for each person for 4 days booking. The shower was a bit difficult to get in and out. Couldn’t get the fridge cold. The Wi-Fi connection was really poor.

A lovely room in a good location for all the sights. Huge bed and the room was spotless. Our later/delayed arrival was accommodated kindly.

The toilet is a bit small and feels quite cramped. Suggestions : It would have been great to have provision for parking spot outside the building. It'll be really nice to provide guests with a hot water kettle in the room for tea.

Quiet a spacious room in a nice apartment building with lift, quiet neighborhood near the historical centre, 15minutes walk to the Veccio bridge. Great communication with the owner, happy to help always, helped us finding the parking spot around 10mins from the accommodation.

Decent location, protected from the main streams of tourists, but still in walking distance from the center and close to Santo Spirito. Very pleasant, spacious room, with a nice balcony. Super friendly host.

mateo .good communication.friendly guy.few.mins walk into towm in less touristy part of town.basic rooms but clean and fair price.if you want 5 star go to raddison etc.great job .reccomend it
