We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location of the inn was perfect for us. Easy drive into town and quick access when we drove to other locations. Secure parking, lovely quiet and calm country setting, clean pool, beautiful and comfortable room. Room has a small fridge and tea making supplies. We had everything we needed. Our host Angelo was super! A warm welcome with a smile, he answers any questions you might have. Delicious breakfast with fresh coffee served to your table on a wonderful outdoor patio. The wifi and cell signals do not reach your room because of the large stone walls, HOWEVER, you are informed upfront that this is the case. The signals are very strong on the patios and by the pool. It just gives you a better chance to disconnect 😉

EVERYTHING. The welcome was awesome, the breakfast was splendid with probably the best espresso I ever had. This is from a guy who drinks 3 espresso’s a day. Born in Italy & moved to NYC at the age of 10. The checkout service also very smooth. Clean, awesome room with a very spacious shower.

Accomodation was good and very clean. Breakfast was good with good choice of options. But beware it is nowhere near walking distance of Ostuni at all. You must have a car to stay at this place as restaurants and sights are all a good 10 minutes drive to centre It is not possible to get there on foot as the property is on a very quiet location that is down a long and unlit street from the main road into Ostuni.

The sweets cakes etc was SO YUMMY best cakes I have had in a long time and room was so clean. Would most like need a car to get into main town but so worth staying somewhere like this and having a car to do any travels. Everything was so clean as well!!! Sparkling! The staff were just lovely!!!

United KingdomThe pool area is lovely, the pool itself is really big and there are lots of sunbeds which is great! The only issue I’d say is that the sunbeds were a little bit hard and uncomfy. The room was clean and spacious, although one bedroom did get quite hot at night as the window didn’t have an insect cover so couldn’t be kept open

United KingdomIt was a shame that the pool wasn't open whilst we were there but it did not spoil our holiday as there were plenty of beaches near by to visit in our car.
The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. We were upgraded on arrival, our room was a lovely size with a balcony. Danielle made beautiful handmade cakes that were available at the breakfast buffet each day! A lovely touch and you could eat it on the outside terrace weather permitting, or in their indoor breakfast room, lots of choice available.

Netherlandsnothing bad, but keep the following in mind: - the WiFi is weak (as it is everywhere in Puglia with thick walls), but you really can’t blame them. - Ostuni is very close by car but you cannot walk there (dangerous dark road with speeding cars) so keep that in mind when going for dinner. - parking in Ostuni is a nightmare so calculate time for that. - the road leading up to the B&B and its driveway are very steep and narrow so it’s a bit tricky when driving a large car
Very comfortable B&B just outside of Ostuni city centre. Rooms are a nice mix of old thick walls and modernized interior. Rooms are nice and cool, bathroom was very large and well equipped. Staff was very accommodating for tips. Great tips for local restaurants! Gorgeous view during breakfast. Breakfast was good and generous. This is a great base from where to explore this part of Puglia and gorgeous Ostuni is around the corner for beautiful dinners and aperitivo.

Everything exceeded my expectations. This hotel deserves more stars. It was wonderful and Enzo was fantastic. He went above and beyond. Reserved a delightful Masseria for us. Found and booked our onward hotel. A complete host. Room was lovely. Good size and the bathroom was 5 star. Breakfast served in the terrace was delicious and there was always a little something extra from the oven. I really can’t rate this hotel highly enough
