The location was wonderful, the staff the property everything was perfect, Carlo and his staff are amazing, very courteous and helpful. We stayed a week in the ground floor apartment as I have mobility issues and it was perfect. A beautiful breakfast in one of the most pretty parts of the old town of Polignano a Mare. Very convenient to bars and restaurants in the old Town. Friends with no mobility issues had no problem with upstairs rooms and the stairs.

Yes the location is amazing but i don’t think it’s worth the money. Polignano is small and you can reach the beach/center from other locations as well, you don t need to be in the middle of everything, besides this means that you cannot reach the b&b with the car. Also having this location means that it s incredibly noisy, you can hear people just outside your door until after midnight, especially if you are on the first floor. I would advise people to keep their money and splurge in other areas because it s just not worth being that central for what this offers. At the end of the day this was just a normal/average room with one bed and a bathroom, nothing special for the amount of money. Besides we did not have hot water for the entirety of our stay, but the host was very nice and fixed the problem as soon as we communicated it.

Really unforgetable experience,one of the best holidays ever.The host Carlo and his wife extremely nice and friendly willing to help with everything,providing all the advice,recommendations.The accomodation (The Aqua suite) beautiful,with an amazing view in the greatest location in the historic heart of Polignano.The suite decorated in charming style.Delicious breakfast always being served with a smile,consisting of the fresh local ingredients served outside enjoying the morning sea view.Everything perfect.

Stylish and central, this hideaway in the heart of Polignano has it all: well designed a/c rooms with wonderful breakfast laid out in little square overlooking the open sea. Helpful, friendly staff who were very flexible and understanding even when the whole family turned up to welcome us. We loved it!

Carlo was so friendly and welcoming the entire time during our stay. The location was amazing and the rooftop had a great view looking out to the ocean. Breakfast was great each morning. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Very nice place and Friendly owner Carlo. We enjoyed the view to the sea and the terasse on the rooftop in the evening. Nice and with a good view to the sea. The beds and room were in perfect condtion. We loved the italian breakfast with homemade italian specialities and nice Coffee. Will recomend this place to friends.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay here in Polignano: From the envious location to the decor, and everything in between; including our: Genuiny warm welcome Bright, airy, and immaculate room Stunning bathroom with hairdryer Roof terrace with shade and sun, and lovely views of street, and sea. Uncork your vino rosso and watch/listen to the world go by. Accessories inclusive of Cork screw, wine glasses. (Not plastico), tea, and coffee, kettle... We loved our breakfast outside in an enviable position, with everything our palette could desire. Beautiful bedroom with super use of space. We couldn't have designed it any better. Breakfast was lovely. I don't eat meat (partner does), we both ate our fill of both savoury and sweet dishes with plenty of coffee, water, and juices too.

Only downsides (if being picky because it really was a very nice stay) would be the bedroom is at the back of the property without windows so got very warm and stuffy in the night. Hairdryer was very weak so upgrading to a better hairdryer would be amazing.

Host was more than happy to help and provided great suggestions on parking and where to eat etc. Room was lovely, spacious and clean with iron and hairdryer provided. Great location with sea views in old town and short walk to restaurants and more panoramic views.

Everything was fine.

Very friendly host, extremely tidy and comfortable apartment with a heating, which was very important for us as we travelled in December. Even though the town has been pretty loud with Christmas music playing in the street boxes, we didn’t get any of the street notices inside - the window blocked everything.

Mattress a bit soft, but everything else amazing

The host were very accomodating and friendly, breakfast included and very good & tasty. The location was great! Just 2 steps from the sea, and the best miradores. Room was big and with a shared terrace upstairs.

Narrow stairs, so the top floor room would not suit those with disability. Some evening Street noise which is all part of the ambience.

Sensational little apartment with a wonderful view of the Adriatic. Carlo, his son and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Top drawer hospitality.
