This place is absolutely amazing! It is situated right by the sea, and our room had a large balcony facing the sea. Upon entering the room, we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of bubbly and a plate of fruit—a lovely touch from the owners. The property features a restaurant just opposite, and despite arriving quite late (around 10 PM), we were able to enjoy a drink at the restaurant before discovering the delightful surprise awaiting us in our room. The bed was extremely comfortable, possibly the best I've ever slept in. However, the highlight of our stay was the breakfast in the morning! It included a variety of dishes, both hot and cold, which made for a truly memorable dining experience

Need bit more hanging space

Everything really. Fizz &fruit on arrival. Location across from restaurant /sea. Delicious breakfast with very good coffee & great host. Beautiful garden with scent of jasmine & balcony with sea view. Would have given 10/10 if there had been more hanging space for clothes. 🥰

It is very nice place, the owner of these hotel personally met us, prepared compliments entary it is a bottle of champagne and fruits! It was incredible place, the apartment is very nice with a beautiful backyard garden . In front of hotel is amazing sea view and the restaurant of sea food where the owner with her wife are preparing delicious breakfast and from the large stained-glass windows open a fantastic sea view

The best place we have ever been, really! The hosts are really kind and helpful, the room is very clean, the breakfast was so delicious, and they also have a restaurant where i ate my best kalamari ever! Really, ever! We had the room with the sea-view balcony, which was just amazing. I recommend the place with all of my heart ❤️ for sure, if we will get back to Bari, we will come back to you 🙏❤️ also, Italy is just amazing. ❤️

I like the involvement level of the owners and I've enjoyed their nearby restaurant, too. I liked the prosseco bottle and the fruits that were waiting for us in our room.

This wonderful, clean room is right on the oceanfront. The hosts were friendly, helpful and just wonderful. They greeted us with a tray of freshly cut fruit and a chilled bottle of Prosecco! The breakfast was THE BEST we’ve ever had in a B&B, as the host fed us in his restaurant across the street on the water. The dinner we also ate at his restaurant was one of the best we had in Italy.

Comfortable and nice room, welcome prosecco and fresh fruits for the first day, and coffee, tea and water for all of the day for free. Beautiful see view from the huge terrasse. The breakfast is very good, and you can try his restaurant as well. There you can see the wonderful sunset, and eat a delicious italian food. The owner of the apartment is very friendly, just like a family member. We can recommend for you this accommodation.

Everything was immaculate, perfect and so lovely.

STUNNING and luxurious room with crisp white bedding and beautiful decor. The bed was the most comfortable bed in a hotel I've experienced and I didn't want to leave the hotel. Spotlessly clean. Being welcomed with luscious fruit and prosecco was such a lovely touch. The setting of the hotel is stunning as it's just by the sea, so at the restaurant for breakfast you get the most incredible sea view by a pretty garden. Speaking of the restaurant, breakfast was delicious. The hosts are the best hosts ever and I'm still touched by their kindness and all of the extra help and generosity. I would 1,000,000% stay at Villa Sant'Anna again. Amazing experience and faultless. Grazie mille.

This was our second stay at B&B Villa S. Anna and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. The owners are delightful, the room is very nicely furnished, the breakfast is delicious and the B&B's access to the airport and Bari Old Town is very convenient. We'll be back!

B&B Villa S. Anna is an excellent choice for anyone traveling to Bari- the location is right on the coast yet close to the airport as well as downtown Bari. The facility is indeed a small villa with just a few guest rooms, each of which is very nicely decorated and contains everything you need- coffee machine, tea kettle, etc. The Villa is located behind a locked gate, so it's safe, and is surrounded by a nice garden. Upon arrival we were greeted with fresh fruit and a bottle of Prosecco. Free parking was conveniently available on the street, just outside the Villa. The owners were extremely nice and went out of their way to address our needs. A freshly cooked, delicious breakfast was served in the morning in the owners' restaurant just across the street from the Villa. All was fantastic. Grazie ancora!

The location directly over the sea, the fasionable interior, with beautifully selected elements, the reception with some fresh fruits and a bottle of brut, the friendly and professional owners, and their fantastic restaurant, like a boat on the waves, made an authentic and unique experience in our trip around Apulia. Sea-view location, breakfast at the beachfront restaurant with exclusive service, daily room cleaning, and fresh amenities. The owner places special emphasis on the guests. On the last day, we had to leave the accommodation early, and they also assisted with breakfast and taxi availability. We had a wonderful vacation.

Breakfast was very filling. There was a lot of seafood and I really enjoyed it. It was all really delicious. It's conveniently close from Bari if travelled by train (takes only~20min) which is quite cheap.

We did wait for about 15 minutes to be let in the room even though they knew our arrival time. Other guests let us in the yard, which was a bit uncomfortable since we woke them up by ringing on the door bell. Also, the bathroom door was see through glass in the type of swinging saloon doors, so can be uncomfortable.

The location of the accommodation was very good, the room was cleaned daily and amenities like coffee and water were added every day. The breakfast at the restaurant was terrific, really high praise for everything there.

Great location near shore, an amazing owner who presented check-in sweet gifts. Also good breakfast in their restaurant across the street. Free street parking is a bug plus after my recent Italy travel.
