We wanted a double bed, we got two singles. The entrance is hard to find, without any signs. Getting to the airport early is problematic because there are no shuttles or buses. I had to call a taxi for €28

I felt like I was entering an abandoned building. There was no one, and there were random things everywhere in the hallway such as boxes, books, tools, mattress etc. The place felt so sketchy.

We wanted to be close to airport but when you have an early morning flight there is only one option taxi for 30€ /4km/. Also local bus is not going very often from the airport. At night we cannot sleep because some drunk neighbor was trying to go into his apartment and he was noisy. Room is very basic

The check in did not work since even i messaged them my passport details before they did not send me the check in code and the day of arrival they could not find my reservation. Since i arrived early the cleaning Lady gave me the code but would not recommend for a late arrival..

The room itself is very nice with a terrace overlooking the river and it's close to the airport.

the entrance was very difficult to find and the place seemed pretty much under renovation. you could smell the paint almost everywhere. the room condition and cleanliness is very average. But for the price i wouldn't say it is a bad deal

We chose this for our last night before we caught our flight out of Italy. The "inn" is actually in a second to third floor of a row of restaurants. The location is right on the canal in Fiumicino so a walking distance to many options to catch a sunset or dinner at any of the nearby restaurants. The staff we never met. But they were helpful to guide us through whatsapp on how to get to the room, and also helped us book a taxi for the airport the following day Overall a reasonable place to stay with dinner options around being surprisingly of good quality and cheaper prices than would you find in Rome of other cities on our trip around the country

I mean it’s cute, and vintage, but It does need some upgrading. Particularly the beds; mine was extremely uncomfortable and old. It didn’t even fit the box spring so it would concave in the center which wasn’t very comfortable. There was a lot of dust in the hallways, a lot, which lead me to feel like they are renovating which is great! Because I think it’s in a prime location, and has some nice restaurants and is a 8min drive to airport. They just need to step on the renovations and update the beds at least. Especially if you’re traveling and have a quick layover, all you want to do is good a decent amount of rest. It was also a little tricky to find once I got out of the cab. The signage is very small, and easy to miss like I did, and walked around for 20min trying to locate.

I liked that it was close to the airport. Once inside the complex, it was easy to get inside my room. There is a mix box which you will get an individual code to grab tori keys and enter your room. The communications with the hotel was good. All via WhatsApp which is helpful when traveling, they also helped me arrange a cab to come pick me up at 4:30am to get to the airport which I was very thankful for.

Facility is under renovation. No clear direction for access specially during late hours perspective. A video would have been a big help.

They promised me a VAT invoice. I tried to contact this hotel several times, but I didn't got an answer. They asked me to leave 2 euros in cash as a city tax in my room after I leave, even though I already paid this tax. In general, quite shady place.

The room has not been updated for some time, the curtains were almost falling down, tv did not work and no place to hang your towels in the bathroom. The shared terrasse with other rooms were not cleaned and other guests were sitting just outside the room which felt not very comfortable. The room had been sprayed with something and despite having the window open all evening and night, the smell did not disappear.

Location was fine and many nice bars and restaurants nearby. Its ok for one night, but not more. Communication ok with the managers, easy check in procedures. But they need to know from where the bus goes from/to airport, notably between Terminal 1 and 3 at Arrivals. You can buy tickets to bus at the kiosk next to the B&B and the stop is just outside. This is a plus when staying there.

It wasn't 'love at first sight'. Actually, when we first saw it we considered going somewhere else. But the room was clean, air conditioned and safe.

Located near some very good restaurants and the trip to the airport in the morning only took a few minutes.

Two flights of stairs and no escalator or any staff to help with your luggage. The bathroom was dirty and unhygienic. Charged me 22 euros for airport shuttle.

The property looks vintage and interesting. Location is good if seaside is what you're looking for.
