The most central location you could find in Sorrento. So close to all the streets , the port and view of the sunset! We could even see the ocean from the bedroom. Anna was very responsive and generously provided many items for breakfast, including eggs and bacon, and checked we had enough supplies. A very spacious apartment and extremely clean.

Like most places on Italy, it’s not exactly soundproof. So if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

Great little seaside apartment. After staying all over Italy it was nice to have space! With a lounge and dining table. The location is perfect and the owners were lovely! So helpful.

very clore to city center, main streets and restaurants. Property was very clean and spacious. Elevator in the property, car not reacheble. Anna was a very nice host and made sure we were confortable in the property.

Besides the stools at the kitchen counter and the beds in bedrooms, there was no place to hang out. There was no ther room, like a living area or common space.

Our room at B&B Syrentum was very clean and quiet. The location was perfect and the host was very nice. I would stay there again!

One morning there was not enough hot water to finish my shower.

The owner was very helpful and kind. Lots of clean towels and quiet at night. Very close to everything we needed with sites and shopping.

The place was in a perfect location, within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, coffee places, as well as the port and the train station. Anna was very responsive and friendly, and was always available to help. She also checked in frequently to see if we needed more breakfast items or new towels. We had a great stay!

Anna was a fantastic host and re-stocked the fridge with additional food for breakfast. Great location-10 minute walk or less to most places within town and harbour. Big apartment with nice kitchen and bathroom.

Towels were a little scratchy. This is so minor but really the only thing that I can fault.

Anna was super friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Everything was clean and comfortable and close to everything that we needed.

Nothing it was great!

Property is on a quiet street. 4th floor with lift. It is exactly like in the photos. Stone’s throw from the centre of Sorrento which was beautifully lit up for Christmas. Very very practical to have a a flat with kitchen to make our own evening meals. We did a day trip to Pompeii a 40 minute local train from Sorrento to Pompeii.

The location, right in the touristic center and easy access to the ferries. Clean and with amenities. Accessible by elevator. Accessible by walk from a short distance from a taxi pick up point.

Was beautifully presented, very clean and everything we could have needed was there. The breakfast that was provided was delicious ands unexpected. Was lovely!!

The building was under construction and we were not informed when we made the reservation. There were no cabinets to store our clothes, only a few hangers on a mobile rod. We only rarely had hot water to shower.

The hostess, Anna, was lovely and very helpful. We had hoped to have a washer but this apartment did not have one. Anna went out of her way to do the laundry and hang our clothes on a drying rack. The apartment was large and cheerful and very well located.

The outside of the building was undergoing construction, and there was minimal noise in the morning, but it did not disturb us.

The location was great, cute restaurants steps outside of the apartment. Our host, Anna, was exceptional and ensured we had what we needed for our stay.

Maybe just the lack of some soft chairs to relax in, even if they were located in the bedrooms.

Location was great, right in the centre of things. Very close to Villa Communale. There were some renovations going on around the outside of the building but that didn't impact on us. The apartment was very comfortable but does lack a central sitting room or area as the website states but we were out most of the time. There is a lift in the building. Bathroom was good. Some breakfast supplies were provided and extra supplies were readily available on request. Our host, Anna, was lovely and very helpful and accommodating.

Nothing. Everything was excellent!

Anna's is an extremely helpful and gracious host. She checked on us several times during our stay, made sure the fridge was well stocked with breakfast foods and answered all our questions. The location of her apartment is hard to beat, right in the center of Sorrento, about a 10-minute walk from the train station. I would highly recommend booking Anna's place, this is the best value for the money you will find in the area.

Loved everything! Completely met our expectations and would stay there again

Anna was wonderful and the location was off a quiet side street in the city center. The location was perfect….no need for a car. So much to do and plenty of great restaurants and shopping around you. You are close to the ferry for day trips

Everything! Anna is an amazing lady, you'll feel welcomed right away. She is super responsive, caring, and so lovely. She even left us a surprise for our honeymoon which was adorable. She responded to all our requests immediately. The apartment has everything you need, it's super big and spotless! The location is perfect, in the heart of Sorrento with shops and restaurants nearby.

Very minor things, the tempature in the shower was a bit tricky but defiently managable, and the door was a bit hard to open. Did not mind it

Anna was an amazing host and such a sweet person! Helped us with different questions and recommandations, always asked if we needed something, like fresh towels, having breakfast in different times etc. Location was great too, close to everything you need in Sorrento. Room was big and comfy, had some free snacks and drinks which we loved. Breakfast could be at the next door pub or in the room at the time of your choosing, contains some great fresh pastries/toast and tasty cappuchinos. Overall we loved it and would recommand!

There is building work on the front of the building during working hours. If you sleep in late it could be annoying. We are early risers and were out most of the day and it was no inconvenience at all.

Anna was waiting and keeping an eye out for us. As the B&B is on the 4th floor of a building under renovation this was very helpful. She was a superattentive host, checking in on us each day as to whether we needed any more breakfast supplies. Very helpful with suggestions and advice

Great location and absolutely spotless. Yogurt, juice, and fresh fruit waiting for us for breakfast every day. Host even offered to bring us fresh pastries every morning for breakfast which we declined. Great hot shower, absolutely welcoming host with local recommendations, and a comfy bed. No complaints, wonderful visit. Would definitely stay here again!!
