Distance to old town, but it was still okay. The shower cabin opening was pretty narrow and I am thin guy. It was still okay for me. But I can imagine some other people might have a problem getting into the shower ;)

Shared spacious kitchen with a balcony towards a quiet dead-end street. The windows have an awning. I was not missing anything. The host is very friendly and caring. There is a super market just around the corner and many good locations for dinner/breakfast/lunch. I can recommend Il Pappagallo for an inexpensive breakfast and start into the day. The Vatican is just around the corner, however old town is still a good walking distance away. Taking the bus or train can be advisabe.

If you plan turning back to apartments in night by using public transportation, it is hard (sometimes impossible) to catch a bus after 11 pm, so location limits your time

As 2 girls, we were afraid of staying in insecure environment. B&B Suites was in very confident area located in Vatican side. It was quite far to central but easy to reach central both by bus and by walking (for people who enjoy walking :)) Host was very relevant and our room was cleaning everyday.

The mini fridge provided in the room was a bit noisy. No metro connection. We have to rely on bus services to reach the metro station. Rome bus services are not very reliable.

The property is well maintained. It's clean. The receptionist (Emmanuel) was very polite and helpful. The room, washroom, and kitchen were big and clean. All the electronics and furnishings were in good condition. The location was good. The Vatican was 15 minutes' walk. The supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance.

The walls are very thin, the windows are old and you can hear every sound from your neighbours/outside. The pics are a lil bit old, the accomodation is more old in reality (so is the air conditioning). There is a kitchen you can use but it was a lil bit dirty, but I guess this was a problem with the other guests who didn’t clean up after them.

Emanuele was really helpful, the property has a supermarket downstairs and it is very close to Vatican city and Rome San Pietro station. They clean the rooms everyday 😊

It doesn't serve breakfast as the name says.

The room was big, there was a refrigerator in the room, and plenty of towels. You can walk to the Vatican, but the bus station to the city of Rome is a little far away.

The location of the appartment was great, 5 min close to St. Peter basilica and near bus station. Communication with the owner was smooth, he was very responsive and helpful.

I don't remember if they described the toilet and bath situation in the description, but it was a shocker. It's not that I don't like it, is just the shower cubicle is so small, and as an obese person, it's a bit hard to move. I mean, I still can fit in the shower (entering sideways) but it was deep inhale, and movement is restricted. I just wish it was highlighted.

The room was clean, it has complimentary bottle of water, a nice balcony, and a cute key. The location is a few minutes walk from bus station, but it's on a hill, so nice exercise. While waiting at the bus station, you can see St. Peter's Basilica. The guy was also welcoming and friendly.

The bed was quite soft but after long, hot days of sightseeing it didn't impact our sleep at all. You can hear pretty much everyone in the building. It wasn't too bothersome but just something we noticed.

The room was clean and well-appointed with plenty of towels and outlets for charging. It was located within walking distance, about 1.5 km from St. Peter's Basilica. Right at the end of the block was a bus, the 916 that can take tourists to/towards many sites. Massimiliano was very helpful, going above and beyond when our car failed to arrive. There's a balcony with a nice-ish view though it is shared across 3 rooms, we mostly had it to ourselves.

I personally didn’t enjoy someone making the bed for us and coming to our room, however this is probably something you can agree on from the very beginning.

Great place close to Vatican museums. The bus stop is also nearby. The place itself was clean and nice with a balcony. The host was nice and waited for us to check in around 22:00.

The host was really nice and caring, it was a 90 year old retired NATO air force pilot, so he sure had some great stories. Our room got cleaned every day, breakfast was good and plenty. We liked that the apartment has a balcony, so we could enjoy some morning sun.
