Extra bed in the room made that the breakfast, which is served in the room, was a bit cramped. Without extra bed, there would have been sufficient space.

Good location, not far from the train station and in a good location to visit many of the main sites of Vence without being in the middle of the crowded areas. The breakfast was good, delivered to the room.

There is no lift (but this is typical, please ensure you check with whatever facility you book if you need accessibility accommodations). This is not a complaint but simply for educational purposes.

B&B was conveniently located, very clean, comfortable, and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely and included a delicious cappuccino. I will definitely recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Venice.

Be aware it is helpful to have 4 Euros on hand to pay the city accommodation tax. Also be aware that the owner will need to take down your passport information.

Very nice owner and breakfast is provided in the room. Location was quiet and still seemed close to everything. There was an easy self check in process to allow for arrival at any time. We ended up having to return to Venice later in the same trip and booked in here a second time because we liked it so much.

Clean and comfortable room in a very good location. Quiet but close to restaurants and bars and a small shop. Very comfortable bed and generally good facilities. Friendly service. Good breakfast. Nice balcony.

Smooth arrival - the host, Gianluca, had provided clear instructions for check in as we were arriving late Restaurants, cafes and supermarket all in walking distance. Away from the extremely busy areas making it very peaceful Working aircon and extra heater provided. Didn’t make use of the terrace as it was December but would be perfect for warmer weather Good quality breakfast and fresh coffee each morning Would highly recommend

Breakfast can be improved. Maybe it’s the Italian way but the quality of bread was not too good and everything was sweet, except for a salami which might be too much for 9am. The rest was great!

Perfect location of B&B Patatina. 10 minute walk to the vaporetto station, 15 minutes walk to Št.Marks square. The hotel is placed on the nice little squere with a grosery shop near by and some nice restaurants. Gianluca is very nice and he helped us with all sorts of informations. The room was very clean and the breakfast was perfect. The sweet buns were exteaordenary..

It’s located on the 3rd floor which we were aware of which is not problem except for when you need to bring your luggage up or down.

Would have been nice to have a tea/coffee machine in the room but this is a very minor point. All in all a great location to explore all of Venice. Take good footwear and get walking!

Superb setting in a lively quiet area. Very comfortable room and very helpful owners. Perfect base to walk from and simply get yourself lost in Venice. The famous sites are worth visiting but it's charm lies in the tiny back streets,wine bars,museums etc. Especially beautiful at night

Centrally located ten minutes from the train station, half way to Rialto Bridge, the B&B is located on a small piazza which is quiet at night. The room is clean and well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast is served directly in the room. Early check in is possible as well as leaving the luggage after check out. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming.
