The hotel is located on a peaceful square close to St. Stae ferry terminal. Perfect to escape the crowds, but still very close to everything. The friendly hosts helped lots with tipps and advises. had a wonderful time in this bed&breakfast

We had an amazing time. This location is wonderful—close enough to the main sites but in a local area with delicious food. The staff was wonderful and oversaw everything. The room was spacious and clean with a great terrace (top floor room). Good wifi and AC. Breakfast was delicious—they brought coffee as you like (cappuccino, espresso, etc) with pastries, salami, eggs, yogurt, fruit. We had the best time and would come again!

He brought the breakfast with so much love. Just wish it was not in the bedroom.

Gianluca was extremely helpful and exceeded all our expectations. He came back to the property to check us in. He organized a porter for us too. Great gentleman Location was great.

Lovely room, well decorated, excellent bathroom, very comfy bed, lovely bathroom, very good location (close to Ferrovia and Rialto - easy walking distance) family friendly area, and even a little balcony in our room. Wonderful. The host, Gianluca was helpful and delightful. Highly recommended.

There was a wardrobe with hanging space but no draws or cupboards to unpack the suitcases so constantly living by sorting through a pile of clothes.

Comfortable room and the breakfast was excellent. The location was superb because it was just a little off the tourist route and is a beautiful quiet square which some of the locals used and there was a small supermarket tucked in the corner.

Poorly insulated windows due to the building's age. However, the heating system allows for combating the cold. Expensive - as every room in Venice !!

Very pleasant location, in a quiet area away from mass tourism, in a Venetian residential neighborhood, but close enough to the most famous tourist areas - either on foot or by vaporetto. Breakfast in the room or the terraza! Extremely friendly staff. We loved the restaurants nearby indicated by the staff (Patatina, Da Fiori, the pizzaria)

The reception is not available 24/7 as described (or at all). Water in the shower was only luke warm at best.

Absolutely excellent location in a relaxing and well served Piazza (including a pastericcia, a greengrocer and a convenience store) outside the busy tourist areas yet within walking distance of them. Exceptionally charismatic & clean accommodation. Breakfast served to our room was fresh, lovely and offered variety.

This is a very charming hotel situated in a beautiful, calm, historical neighbourhood quite close to the railway station, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean, romantic, furnished in a true Venitian style. The staff was very kind and helpful.

No lift so if you are old or disable then problem. It’s noisy when it’s late outside sitting areas and you can hear from the room.

Room was a little small for a triple room and not enough pillows.

We had a good 2 night stay, it is the perfect location to explore! Gianluca was very help and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Continental breakfast was served in the room.
