I liked the hotel, no issues or negativity. You do have to climb the steps with bags.

The rooms were very clean, the location is in the heart of Sienna. They made the directions easy to the hotel by text. We parked at the city gate and walked which is a very long way with bags. The hotel did offer to let us drop them off and then park which I thought was nice. My sons were with us so we walked since we had help. It is very challenging to drive in the old cities so we preferred walking. The breakfast was very nice and so was the lady there working.

Excellent breakfast, very pleasant view from my room onto a garden, and super quiet so I was able to get a very good night's rest. Staff were very helpful in caling a taxi in the morning. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer.

Everything was perfect. Generous: free tea and coffee making facilities. Comfortable: a lovely room, with a fantastic view. Peaceful: through the heavy wooden doors from the busy street into a courtyard, and oasis of calm. Tasty: a great breakfast, and good coffee! ….but it’s Anna that makes the difference. So quick to answer questions, great restaurant recommendations and local knowledge. Exceptional in every way. Thank you!!

Limited space in room.

Very friendly and welcoming at breakfast. Letting us leave our bags to collect later. Room was snug, but had great view. The communal space was great and being able to make a cup of tea was welcome!. Kindly booked restaurant for arrival and taxi to station

Great location. Along a busy street full or bars and restaurants but set back in a quiet courtyard facing away from the city and into the countryside. We left very early for a flight but Anna ensured there was a breakfast laid out for us along with coffee.

Very good location in the centre of Siena. Very comfortable king size bed - loved it.

The parking for our car was an issue and we got in late so that was a challenge since Siena did not allow parking within the city walls, which is where the location is. Anna arranged for a 30 minute pass to drop off our luggage but getting a park after was difficult. Eventually got one with Anna's kind assistance

The location was great and the breakfast was excellent. We are vegetarians and Anna made a great effort to ensure that we were well provided for for breakfast. She is an excellent host.

Anna is very kind and forthcoming. The place is located in the heart of the old center of Siena but still accessible with a vehicle for baggage drop off. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location, modern facilities inside but a great old property with character on the outside. Anna and Leo are great hosts - very helpful with ideas of what to do and where to go. Would definitely recommend.
