Superb place to stay, excellent breakfast and very helpful and nice owner and staff. I was very impressed on decoration, cleanliness and details of the place. Definitely one of best places to stay for this price around Garda Lake.

The property is pristine. The hosts have literally thought of everything you need and are very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation is lovely and rooms are beautiful. The beds are also extremely comfortable. The location is wonderful with some nice restaurants a short walk away and the lake within a 30 second walk. I’d definitely recommend this property and would 100% return

Everything about the place was immaculate. Friendly and welcoming staff, spacious and we'll equipped room plus a fantastic breakfast to start the day. The accommodation was a comfortable 20 minute stroll to the centre of Sirmione along the lakeside but there were plenty of good restaurants within 5 minutes. The best B&B I have stayed in and would loved to have stayed longer.

We’ve never had a breakfast quite like it, so much effort is put into the buffet and we really appreciated it. The ladies who ran the BnB are lovely people and made us feel welcome. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They also let us use some bikes which made getting around so easy.

Beautiful room with a private terrace, air condition and a fridge. Very good breakfast and bikes for free. Only three minutes to walk to lago di garda and a few nice restaurants. It was perfect for us.

Absolutely nothing!

What a treat it was to have found such a fabulous bed and breakfast to stay in on our first visit to Lake Garda. Luisa is an exceptional host and the b&b was just amazing. There is nothing we could fault about our stay. The b&b was immaculate and the bed was so comfy. Luisa pays such attention to detail, which didn’t go unnoticed! Breakfast was a feast! There was nothing not to like. The rooms were clean and tidy and beautifully decorated. They were also cleaned daily (which we did not expect) had a TV (not that you need one in Sirmione) coffee machine and water in the mini fridge. Beds were very comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. Balconies were lovely.Breakfast was brilliant and set you up perfectly for everyday. location was 4min walk from the bus station and also an excellent restaurant just 3 mins walk away. The sea and nice parks are only a short walk away as well. For what we received the price was very good and the owners were so friendly and welcoming. Would have stayed longer if we could

There was not a single thing that we could have asked for, that wasn’t already available, or provided upon request. We asked about using an iron, & a corkscrew & wine glasses. So helpful.

What a fabulous find!! From the second we got there until the minute we left, I couldn’t fault the property, facilities and staff. Luisa was the lady who owns it & is lovely, & helpful. As it is a small b&b, I didn’t expect a huge choice for breakfast, but there was a stunning array every morning. From the freshest large array of fruits, to cereals, various breads, pastries. Cold meats, cheeses. So many yogurt flavours, jams, honey.. even dessert is offered. The decor & cleanliness are 2nd to none!! The position of the property is also perfect. Right near a shuttle to go into the old town on the Sirmione peninsula, also right near the lake edge (less than 2 minutes). Perfect also for getting busses to other towns. We would definitely recommend & would return in a heartbeat. Thank you La Dimora del Garda, you are part of our Lake Garda memories.

Just 2 km form the city, this bnb is one of the best ive been. Everything was supef clean, the hosts were lovely and inviting. The room was excellent, the breakfast was amazing. Perfect stay.

Breakfast was fantastic. The location was great as it was away from the hustle and bustle of Sirmione. Walking is possible or there is a busy stop just up the road to take you to the centre. The host is very friendly and would definitely recommend it if you are visiting Lake Garda. The room was a great size and was clean and lovely decorated.

The room was on two levels with two steps down and easy to forget when going between bathroom and bedroom at night. A definite trip hazzard.
