I wish every hotel knew how to host their gests like this one. Getting there from the airport took less than 5 minutes by taxi. The room has everything you need, a good bed, good shower, professional hair dryer (ok, you don´t need this, but you have it), and is spotless clean. Katty was so kind to leave things for us to eat, even though we would miss breakfast for leaving at 4 am. If you need to stay in Fiumicino for whatever reason, I recommend this place!

Nothing, it was a perfect stay.

Ketty is a caring and efficient host, she answers quickly and precisely to any question. My room was spotlessly clean, the mattress and the pillows were very comfortable. The B&B is close to four supermarkets and several restaurants/pizzerie, and because it's about thirty metres away from a minor street, it's exceptionally quiet. Breakfast is available for 7.40 to 10.00 and includes delicious cakes, soft cheese, boiled eggs, jam, butter, crackers, fresh bread for toasts and coffee. There's a convenient Cotral bus from and to Fiumicino airport (it's a 20-minute ride) but Ketty also can give you a lift for 10 euros.

The pizza wasn't the best that Italy offers ... but I was glad to have it.

Gracious and very flexible host. I greatly appreciated the rides and conversation to and from the airport. My 17 hour layover was restful.

A perfect place for us to spend the night after the flight. Super comfortable bed and absolutely clean place. Totally quiet. The owner was very helpful and recommended us a great restaurant. We would definitely come again.

Getting there by bus was a bit problematic because the bus driver ran out of tickets on the bus (make sure you buy them from a kiosk nearby before getting on a bus). She told me to pay through the Cotral app, which was a lost cause. The bus runs only every 30 min so you might have to wait. The property owner would not pick you up from the airport although she was kind enough to arrange for someone to take me to the airport early in the morning.

Very neat place, everything was good, including breakfast options. Even boiled eggs. Quiet location but a short ride by bus and close to a bus stop.

There was nothing we really didn't like. It would be nice to have off-street private parking, but the area is not set up for that. Nevertheless, we were able to easily find a space (free) directly in front of the building. We were very pleased, and will return.

Very, very clean and comfortable room, with a simple but tasty breakfast in the morning. The location was convenient for us, as it is near the airport parking we use. It is easy to get to from the highway, and has several restaurants nearby. The owner was friendly and efficient, and had good recommendations for local eateries and shopping.

There was nothing I did not like, everything was perfect, I would gladly come back!

I have to say that my stay in l'Ulivo exceeded my expectations. This is probably the cleanest B&B I have never been to in my life (and I travel quite a bit), absolutely spotless. The bedroom and private bathroom are of a very nice size, and have everything you can think of to make your stay comfortable. The bed and mattress are of excellent quality, the linen and towels too. Breakfast is available in the morning, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The place is very convenient to get to and from the airport, there is a bus stop very close. The friendliness of the host makes the whole place even better. Ketty is a sweetheart. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone who needs a place to stay around the airport. 100% recommendable.

Besides the nice and confortable rooms and the perfect location when you need to stay close to Fumicino's airport. 10+++. Great room and host. Perfect location near Rome airport. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We can't say enough good things about Ketty (and Husband) as hosts. They picked us up at the airport for a reasonable fee, offered to drive us into town for lunch, and arranged for a taxi to get back to thew airport very early the next morning. She even put together a wonderful breakfast basket the night before our early flight. Highly recommend.

Basically EVERYTHING....my flight was delayed horribly but the owner was waiting for me at the airport at midnight with big smile!!!!! The location is great, the room is beautiful clean and cozy, bathroom is is fresh and spacey, bed is really comfy, breakfast has definitely everything you need....felt like home....thank you so much Kitty for your amazing hospitality
