I don't have anything here, everything was positive for us.

The host, Davide, was really great - he helped us even before we went to Italy with directions; we needed a taxi called very early one morning and he even prepared breakfast for us well before breakfast time as we had to go on a tour. Davide was very kind with us at all times and he made us feel very welcome into his chic B&B. Oh, and he also offered me gluten free snacks, which I sincerely appreciated 👍 Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you so much, Davide! We recommend Davide's B&B wholeheartedly.

Respect to provide quiet space for guests, additional info if needed (e.g. restaurants in vicinity, transportation). Surprisingly high standard in a block of flats with a modern concept and spacios rooms. Ideal business location in close proximity of bus conections to the congress center (travel 10 min) or to the city center (travel 20-30 min).

Very nice clean B&B just outside of central Rome. Easy to reach the city by Subway. The host was very friendly and took some extra effort by moving his car to let us park and some other stuff. Makes great scrambled eggs too ;)

Davide is amazing! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. He guidened us on how to navigate Rome via the trains. Lovation is great, everything was clean and the breakfast was so delicious. Davide made us eggs to order and the best coffee you will ever have. The stay was perfect. Property was spotlessly clean and the owners were very helpfull and friendly. It is 10 min easy walk to metro station which makes it easy to reach any of the popular sites in the city. Neighbourhood is very nice with places where you can eat or sit for a coffee.

Difficult to say - the experience answered my expectations in every way. I can easily identify areas of improvement usually but I sincerely cannot find something I did not like. Maybe I wished to have a kettle and tea bags in my room ?

It is not an understatement to say that J24 is "a home in Rome". You immediately feel welcome and taken care of. The guest house is located a few stops away from the busy places of Roma, in a very quiet district - which i enjoyed very much as I prefer quite places. My room was quite large and very confortable. Breakfast is amazing (I already miss the Almond - Vanilla cake) and most of all, David and his adorable spouse do everything to make you feel great while in Rome. They are kind, dedicated, available and I could feel they put all their heart to make their guests happy. Don't hesitate, just go !!!!

Davide was exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. He provided a delicious breakfast at 6:30 am so we could visit the Vatican early and avoid the queues. The breakfast featured the best cappuccino and scrambled eggs, all freshly prepared. The place was spotless and well-organized, with a very comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

The room is very clean, very spacious, air conditioning is great and you have netflix/youtube in your tv. Davide is a very helpful host. He is responsive in our messages and treated us with respect and care. We asked to have an early check in because of our schedule and we were allowed to do so for free and no additional payment. The place is very quiet so we were able to have a good sleep unlike in the 4-star hotel we stayed at in Milan where we hear noises coming from the next room and woke up tired. The breakfast is great and enough for an early meal. I reallt recommend staying here than in a hotel in the city center. All in all, we had a great experience in our stay!

The B&B had great reviews so we were optimistic goimg there but the reality far exceeded our expectation! Everything was perfect, the owners take meticulous care of the premises and the room was perfectly clean. Breakfast was excellent. By far the most pleasant stay I experienced in a very long time!

Located in a nice neighborhood. Very close to local restaurants, pharmacies, clothing stores, the train and bus stops are walkable and easy to navigate. Our first time in Italy and used the Bus, Metro and took the train to Florence. Breakfast and coffee are great as well. I could honestly go on and on. I never leave reviews, I was just that impressed.
