The owners were extremely caring and trustworthy, and are always willing to assist you if you require the help of a local during your stay. The location is exceptional, situated in the historical city center, in the square. The air conditioning was working perfectly.

Excellent location on the main square. Ricardo was very helpful guiding us to a parking garage and accompanying us back to the property.

My room had the most delightful view of piazza below. While there was the typical sound of people, it was a cheerful buzz. The view was so pretty and the owner is a really nice man.

A little noisy in the morning. Breakfast was in a bar of just one coffee and pastry.

Although a walk from the train station it was close to sightseeing on a main square.

The host was great and the location was perfect. We enjoyed our breakfast at the cafe and even had lunch there on one day.

Nothing really. It was an excellent place to stay.

Location was in the historic centre of Lucce and in May was very quiet by 11pm. Lots of restaurants around the area. Comfortable beds.Sitting area was unexpected. Wifi worked well. Non-resident owner was there to meet us and check us out. Breakfast token at local restaurant where you could upgrade to a full plate!

The host was very helpful and tried his best to communicate even though his English was not great. He accommodated our requests for an iron and leaving our luggage in the BnB because our flight was many hours after the checkout. He also refunded our breakfast because we didn't have the time to get it. The location was great and the room was very clean, tidy and quiet despite being on a busy square.

The location was excellent as it is right on the main square. The manager was so helpful and when my card got taken by the ATM he tried to ring the bank but being Saturday, no luck so told me he would come with me as soon as it opened. Got my card back but he kept a check I was ok. The cafe thst provided breakfast was also excellent and has a great restaurant for meals. They have the best croissants! My room hsd had a view of yhe square and when it got a bit noisy i just closed yhr window and it was quite

Breakfast was poor. Pastries overcooked and the coffee only warm.

The staff were friendly and the owner took me to the station. The B&B was in a very handy position but still quiet at night.

Il Sedile is located in the most central area of Lecce. The host takes care of the guest from A to Z and genuinely make sure that the you have a lovely stay. Definitely I will visit again and I would recommend it to whoever wants to experience the beautiful city of Lecce.

Slightly noisy

Very nice, central location, slightly noisy as there are bars and restaurants under the rooms. Owner very nice and helpful,he can help.with transfers or day trips. Coffee and fresh pastry every morning in a nearby cafe for a good start of the day. We enjoyed it🥰

Walking distance to all site's and 15mins walking distance from lecce train station.

The closest parking was a 10 minute walk from Adua street that had on street parking and a parking lot. The lost was 10 Euros a day and one can enter or leave without paying again. On street parking was about 5 Euros a day but was first come first serve!

Well we liked it but for those who want quiet you should ask for rooms not facing the piazza

It is right in the main piazza Oronzo Perfect to get to everything. We had a room facing the piazza and enjoyed musicians and dancers performing in the evening. Our room was spacious for a B&B and very clean. For us the breakfast at nearby bar was great. Italian cooffe and briosh exactly what we wanted. But for those who want more you can pay extra.
