The owner was a bit confused. Not very accommodating. The shower was clogged and the water was ice cold one night so we couldn’t shower.

The breakfast was okay. Room was clean.

The bed/pillows were hard. The electricity was doing that high pitch sound the whole stay, so if that bothers you, consider that. No elevator.

Loved the location and the people run it are fantastic! Really lovely views and close to the city centre while also being a quiet area! The aircon was great and they give you a bottle opener in the room! Big bathroom for Italy as well!

There were 3 double flights of stairs and for us females it just made it a bit difficult because we had heavy suitcases and they didn’t have a lift. But Angelo helped us carry all the way up. The location was ok but still a 10 minute walk to the main square.

The room was very clean and had A balcony with a lovely view. Shower gel was provided and our bed was made every day which was so nice. The breakfast was included and had healthy options such as whole meal bread and cereal, not just pastries which was appreciated. Also we requested gluten free breakfast for my daughter who is coeliac and the provided many options which was so nice of them. They were also so accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage for the day after checking out.

The only downside for us was the 3 flights of stairs as the property does not have a lift but we were aware of this when we booked it and it was good excercise.

The location is great , 10 minute walk into the centre. Angelo was great, very friendly and helpful, loved it.

Hard pillows and old balcony furniture. The breakfast was a little sparse, and the staff weren’t overly attentive or professional. It was also hard to find the property.

The balcony was nice and decent sized room with a fridge and wardrobe.

A/A- the bed and the pillows were like rock and the sheet was old and had a small tear in it

Did not like the property as we never got to see anybody and the 3 floors advertised turned out to be six flights of stairs. We never got a breakfast that we paid for as the owner never showed. He told me that he would “try “and get there for breakfast on our second day when we spoke to him but we didnt want to chance a no show when we had a tour booked so we left early to purchase breakfast. The “I will try and get there” wasn’t acceptable and as it turned out he arrived after we left and complained we werent there. We had to ask him to leave some tea bags as there were none left and when we got back on the second day there was also no milk so we had to go out and purchase some. He did replenish the cereal but with no milk we couldn’t eat it. The room was clean but very stark and unwelcoming and the bathroom was clean.

We found it really hard to find the property as there were no street signs or directions. We ended up calling the owner and he came and helped us up which was great. It is also top floor with no lift (60 ish) steps so once you go out for the day don’t hurry back!

Nice big room with a good shower and toilet - super close to main Sorrento to (5 min walk)!

it’s up 4/5 flights of stairs which was no problem for us but might be for others

the property was in a great location. the host was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. lovely breakfast provided each morning of coffe, pastries, yogurts and the rooms were always clean. 5 minute walk from main part of sorrento

Although breakfast was provided each day, unlike the pictures there was no fresh fruit, juice or milk to go with cereal on a couple of occasions. We also spent 2 days without hot water which left us unable to shower etc. And took the staff a while to fix/apologise. We did, however, mention this upon leaving and the staff waived our city tax which was a nice apology.

Place was very modern, very clean and in a great location- just a short walk from the restaurants and the beach. The staff were friendly and the balcony in our room really made the place special.
