The pillows were very squishy. Having a more firm option would be nice. The breakfast was self serve with mostly packaged items. More fresh choices would be nice.

The host was responsive and provided recommendations. The room was equipped with TV options in many languages. The shared kitchen had reserved space for each room. The fresh croissant in the morning was nice. We were also provided with our own yogurt and milk. There is a cappuccino maker. The bathroom had some toiletries.

Maurizio is very hospitable and was happy to explain everything to us and recommend places to visit. For me a pleasant surprise was the hair straightener in the room. Getting to all the places was very easy.

Great location, very close to the old town. The apartment is suitable for four people to stay. Shortly before check-in, the host sent detailed instructions. The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We loved everything!

We had to go across the hall to get to our private bathroom which wasn't a problem in the end.

The owner was exceptional - super nice and easy to communicate with, told us everything we needed to know and provided great recommendations. The breakfast was lovely with so many choices and a fresh croissant every day which we loved. The room was nice and the whole house was really cute and lots of thought was clearly put into it. The bed was super comfy and the room was cleaned every day.

Arrival and check-in went smoothly. The location has easy access to the metro and train station. Right downstairs are an excellent pasticerria and also an excellent gelateria. Plenty of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Dining suggestions from the host that I tried were all very good. The bedroom and common areas were all immaculately clean. Would gladly stay here again on a future trip to Rome.

I recently stayed for six days, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Maurizio was incredibly friendly and accommodating. As a first-timer in Rome, I really appreciated how he reached out before my arrival to guide me on how to get to the location. He also provided me with a map of Rome and tips on visiting popular tourist spots, along with recommendations for the best local places to enjoy pizza, food, and gelato! Even though I was always rushing out to work in the mornings, I was pleasantly surprised to find a croissant waiting for me in my room when I returned. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Thank you, Maurizio, for making my stay so enjoyable!

The service was exceptionally attentive, and this was the only hotel I encountered during my trip to Italy that provided both Apple charging cables and Type-C charging cables (a very thoughtful detail), with fully equipped facilities including air conditioning, clean and tidy bathrooms, far exceeding my expectations！！

The location is quite close to Colloseum and Trastevere (about 30min to each), but the streets are very dirty.

Every day we got a fresh croissant with unlimited coffee or tea. Also there were a lot of snacks: cookies, yougurts, juices, nutella and jam with toasts. The apartments are super clean and cozy. And also the owner Maurizo and other staff were very friendly and helped with everything if needed.

The quality of your stay will be at least partially dependent upon who else is staying there at the same time. We noted that we could hear the conversations of the people next to us on our last night and even the sound of them hanging up clothes in the wardrobe was quite clear. It didn't go on too late but should you have a noisy neighbor it would not be ideal. Prior to that night, however, we heard nothing and slept well. It should be noted that if that's the biggest problem with a place then you don't have much to complain about.

The facility and our room were both clean and quite modern, clearly having been updated in the recent past. Everything worked the way it should and we had no problems with our room. Maurizio was easily accessible via WhatsApp and he responded quickly to the questions we had during our stay. The shared kitchen was small but well-equipped and large enough to allow multiple people to eat at the same time. The room had multiple chargers available that worked with our different phones and battery packs, which was very convenient. The a/c worked well and the TV with Netflix was a nice touch. The train station is a five-minute walk and there's a bus stop even closer than that. The neighborhood is residential so there are a few supermarkets nearby and a number of places to eat. We recommend the gelato shop across the street!

Maurizio is the most wonderful and kind host. He makes sure everything is perfect and is always available for any questions. The location of the B&B is perfect, with Ostiense trainstation (connection to airport) and Piramide metrostation nearby. If you'd rather walk it's about 20 minutes to either Circo Massimo or Trastevre neighbourhood. The room is modern, clean with a comfortable bed and a luxury shower. Maurizio provides the breakfast basics such as coffee, milk, cereal, yoghurt and a fresh croissant. There is a supermarket around the corner if you want anything else. This was my 3rd stay and i will definately be back. As a solo traveler i felt completely safe here.

Our group of 8 from Hong Kong occupied all 4 rooms for 5 nights. Firstly everything is immaculate and spotlessly clean. Rooms & kitchen have everything you need hair dryer, iron Netflix, massive tv screen, wifi (all top quality). Don't be put off by the graffiti near the front door, it is everywhere in Rome. The area is very safe and has all types of resonably priced food outlets, small resturants and shops nearby. Mauirzo is fanstastic(I don't have to repeat previous comments). I would add he has whatsapp and can use google translate, so is you have non english speakers non problem. He assisted me to book car/van Airport, to Vatican etc.. all good. the B&B Easy location is excellent. Airport, Civiticchia, rome attraction 2 railway stations (Ostia is a good day trip from one of the stations) and metro station 5 minutes walk, I buy a travel card 100 minutes from nearby kiosk and take bus , the bus stop is outside B&B and has 4 routes to center of Rome.. also Mauirzo kepps the food & drinks fully stocked 24 hrs a day and the excellent breakfast room could sit 8 if us. I would strongly suggest stay B&B Easy, Roma Termini, is is infected with pickpockets. One of my group commented thus is better than a 5 star hotel, this is an understatment, it is far better, Mauirzo assists with any question and I kept telling him for the price we pay he is too generous and helpful. I would also add everything works and seems like new. Over the past 50 years of travelling the world I have never encountered such a fantastic place (at a bargain price) with excellent host. Maurizio was very responsive and answered all my queries right away via Whatsapp. He provided suggestions on where to eat as well as what places to visit which is very much appreciated. Place is very clean (room is cleaned every day) and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is enough to start your day.

Everything was perfect. Maurizio thought about everything. The room was super clean. The shower was amazing. The apartment was very close to train and subway station, the line to airport fiumicino is direct (40 minutes), close to most tourist attractions (2 stations by Metro).. We had coffee, juice and cookies the whole time offered in the kitchen, whenever we wanted. The room was equipped with charges for your cell phone, Netflix, Disney +, air conditioner, private bathroom. I hope to return soon to Rome. I would definitely recommend Maurizio's appartment.
